1. Student Learning Success: Ensure Exceptional Educational Opportunities for All Students

a. Curriculum: Advance curriculum and content to meet current and emerging academic and workforce needs.

b. Transferability: Implement seamless student transfer to four-year and other institutions.

c. Critical Thinking: Deliver content that cultivates creative, independent, and critical thinking skills.

d. High Tech and High Touch: Utilize high-tech and high-touch instructional delivery.

e. Enriched Education: Increase educational opportunities for community and personal enrichment.

f. Assessment: Align assessment strategies with accreditation standards.

g. Retention: Maximize student learning to improve retention.

2. Student Access and Support Services: Maximize Affordable Access and Excellence in Student Services

a. Affordability: Maintain affordable tuition and fees to improve access.

b. Collegiate Experience: Enhance the collegiate experience through campus life.

c. Financial Aid: Refine and streamline financial aid processes.

d. Registration: Refine and streamline student registration processes.

e. Service Area: Expand educational opportunities throughout the College’s service area.

f. Workforce: Facilitate students’ workforce success and career advancement.

g. Wellness Services: Increase student access to wellness services.

h. Recruitment and Re-Entry: Maximize student services to improve recruitment and re-entry.

i. Services: Support specific student groups, including veterans, dual credit, early college and others, with appropriate services.
