existing partners in IT, Engineering and other departmental needs?
10. Do you have a fall back plan in case your idea does not materialize; can you reinvest in a totally different area
of service like Catering, Food supply, Retail, Shipping etc that might be more in demand and needs of the
society
11. Does your Architect provide management services like inventory of goods ordered on your behalf and the
related cost management, accounting and related overheads?
12. What process does your Architect have in place to ensure quality, matured process, legal compliance,
transparency in cash flows, and zero- corruption?
13. Since the solution will be IT driven, what are the plans in your Architect’s solution that can help you to run
and operate your business without much knowledge of the technology

14. Is there a Change management process, scaling up/down resources, staff and other resources for best
utilization and working lean and avoiding wastage of money or anything that does not add value?
15. What are the feature-benefit, value-proposition being quoted by your Architect for the investment you are
making or taking a risk by venturing in this market
16. How does your Architect repeat success in your venture; is there any earlier success story he/she has to quote
17. Is there a plan to have virtual presence worldwide, if so what are the options, resources being used for this?
18. What is the beauty of your solution that has low start up cost, low maintenance and hassle free operations?
19. Is there an angel investor or venture capitalist that agrees to your plan and invests in your solution?
20. How do bring mobility, extensibility, brand for your solution or small business
21. Can you easily setup and bring down your business without going bankrupt?
22. Once you have the beautiful beast called the “Cloud platform” will you be able to operate and scale smoothly
without major breakdown, delays, and disruptions?
23. Do you feel you are successful and your staff can manage without you at times?
24. Do you have a separate policy for business admin and IT Admin? As these are two entities involving human and
non-human assets that needs totally different treatment?
25. How you manage change, replacements, warranties and client disputes
26. Do you have a secure fail proof, hacker proof, anti theft infrastructure and minimum risks
27. Can you get talent at economical rates that can help you in your small business because industrial grade fortune
service providers are costly and you cannot hire them
28. Do you have efficiency, productivity and capable to withstand shocks of any type. Is there a tolerance band for
this, do you know about that. Bigger brands can withstand large shocks but not small ones.
29. Do you have family, friends who can work for you without pay at times to save your business
30. Do you feel confident with your clients and partners who are the real people who help you succeed, if not
what are your plans for that?
