extremely high level of intention to continue this investment in the coming years.
Moreover, more than 90% have seen a positive impact on their business.

Although 85% of SMEs in Chile recognize the positive impact that Quality of Life measures, 64% do not offer any benefits to their employees. As a result, the country falls among the lowest in
terms of employer attractiveness.
But as business leaders look to the future, they agree that increasing Quality of Life initiatives leads to a rise in productivity, SME attractiveness,
and recruitment. Today, 99% have implemented at least one measure and 75% will introduce
at least one more in coming years.

SME leaders say that introducing a reward system delivers the biggest benefits in terms of productivity
gains. More than half reported that financial turnover also increased. Actions focused on helping

More than 80% of French SMEs see the positive impact of Quality of Life measures on their business performance. Nearly all (99%) have previously made an investment in Quality of Life
and 69% plan to do so in the coming years.
France represents the highest number of SME leaders who are convinced of Quality of Life
benefits as well as the second lowest number of “Defiant,” least convinced, leaders overall in the
survey. While SMEs outperform big firms in variety and atmosphere, they see fewer gains in turnover,
recruitment, absenteeism and reputation.
