The Nexus Suite is a set of purpose built modules that provide simplified yet powerful access to functions that would normally require technical expertise and weeks of development to accomplish. The Nexus Suite enables the conversion of data from external systems, structured and auditable importing and exporting of information, the comparison of payroll data between SAP and other HR/Payroll systems, data replication across your SAP landscape, and comprehensive reporting across the SAP HCM module.

Requirements that were previously only achievable through developing custom programs can now be configured and managed through the Nexus Suite, slashing build timelines, eliminating costly maintenance overheads and providing a central management console for all data conversion, information import/export, data replication, payroll verification and reporting activities that may occur within an organisation.

Each of the Nexus modules can be used individually or in any combination based upon the specific requirements of your Organisation. For example, customers frequently use the Data Replication Module to lift and shift or “cherry-pick” specific data (including specific configuration data) for the purposes of mergers, acquisitions and divestments. Alternatively, the combination of the Data Replication, Transport & Configuration Analysis and Payroll Verification Modules are used extensively by our customers for regression testing purposes for SAP Support or Enhancement Packs.

The Nexus Suite Data Conversion Module allows a business to move legacy data into SAP with minimal effort, maximum efficiency and unprecedented visibility. Every step of the conversion process is reportable, auditable and repeatable without the need for any other tools – test run your conversion over and over again before you actually load any data!

Using the Nexus Data Conversion Module, Data Conversion activities within your Organisation become a simple manageable process – no manual data manipulation, no SAP ABAP code or LSMW’s, and no full time Data Conversion team. All of your Data Conversion related cutover activities are able to be fully automated with comprehensive statistics, analysis and error reports being produced and processed (via emails, workflow etc).

The Nexus Suite HCM Gateway Module allows a business to define robust, auditable and maintainable data imports and exports – without writing any SAP ABAP interface programs. HCM Gateway Imports allow inbound data files with multiple record types to be easily defined and imported within minutes, sourcing data from the output of any external system or from any SAP HCM related data structures (SAP supplied or Customer defined).

HCM Gateway Exports allow any combination of SAP HCM data to be quickly and easily structured, transformed, and exported to fulfil reporting or file creation requirements. You will never need major ABAP development for file processing and reporting again.

Included as part of the HCM Gateway is QuickLoad; QuickLoad allows you to quickly upload data directly from Microsoft Excel into SAP ERP, all that you have to do is tell QuickLoad where the data needs to reside and it’ll work out the rest. Replace your need for LSMW, and Fast Data Entry!

The Nexus Suite Payroll Verification Modules provide Organisations with an end to end payroll verification process without the need for any other tools or products to be used. Compared results are stored alongside the difference analysis results to provide a comprehensive view of the comparison and any resulting actions (i.e. defects, change requests etc). The built-in reporting capability ensures that every aspect of the verification is accessible, and can be targeted at the required audience (summarised reporting for project management, detailed reporting for analysis resources).

The Nexus Payroll Verification Modules provide a simple way to protect the integrity of your SAP Payroll Implementation, so simple that a novice can be running your verification processes in a matter of hours.

The Nexus Suite HCM Reporting Module provides a complete reporting function across all aspects of the SAP HCM system. Reports can be created in minutes, providing unprecedented levels of reporting for master data integrity checks, payroll/time results and master data queries, payroll reconciliation (payroll calculation, payment summary and general ledger reconciliation) and workforce analytics (measuring employee metrics across time periods, employees, payroll and leave balances).

Included within the HCM Reporting module is Payroll Reporting, Quota Balance Reporting, Master Data Reporting, Audit Log Reporting, Payroll Reconciliation Reporting and Workforce Analytics. Also included is the Employee Pay Results Analyser, which provides a single interactive analysis tool for examining an employee’s payroll results and brings together all of the components of a payroll result for viewing (i.e. master data, payroll results, payslips etc). All report results can also be shared – either via mail, or via instant recall (no matter the report output size) from the Nexus Report Repository, as well as via the SAP Payroll Control Centre.

The Nexus Suite Data Replication Module provides the ability for your Organisation to very quickly replicate Data (from any module of SAP ERP) throughout the different Instances and Clients of your SAP landscape. Replication of data provides a powerful tool in issue resolution, allowing solutions to be tested against the very data the solution is built for without compromising the production system data.

During replication, data may be scrambled or transformed, thereby protecting sensitive information. Replication scenarios may also be defined, allowing subsets of data to be replicated to meet particular business needs such as training client setup, and targeting client refreshing (e.g. obtaining a recent copy of all productive HCM employee master data very quickly and simply).

The Nexus Suite Transport & Configuration Analysis Module provides an automated process to target the impact of SAP delivered changes (i.e. Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, etc) and internal changes (i.e. customer transports) on your SAP systems. Any transportable component of SAP may be examined, and any potential impacts are highlighted via the Transport & Configuration Analysis Workbench. The components of the SAP system to be examined are completely configurable, allowing the user to include any component not delivered as standard with the Nexus Suite.

From the Transport & Configuration Analysis Workbench, a series of comprehensive yet easy to read reports are available which give complete visibility of the impacts of the SAP or internal changes on your SAP system; using these reports targeted testing may be planned and executed, ensuring only the impacted processes are checked and validated.
