Additional Occupant Surcharge: One extra occupant may be added in each of the above instances. However, when this occurs, rent will be increased $100 for the additional tenant per month, and be equally divided among the tenants in the apartment for utility consumption and extra wear and tear on the apartment.

Rates include electricity, heat, water, sewer and refuse services, Internet or Ethernet service, DSL/Wifi (depending on the complex), FM-TV cable service and local telephone service (except for Brooklane Village; however, you must furnish the telephone instrument and pay long distance calls.) Student Village, Brooklane Village, Anderson, and Wahle, are available to students who have completed one academic year of college or are 20 years of age. Coin-operated laundry facilities are centrally located in all complexes. Floor plans for individual units are available at www.cwu.edu/housing.
