Students Show Community Spirit
Despite being the last day of the school holidays, many students showed a great respect for the ANZAC tradition and pride in their community by attending the march last Monday. A small band of dedicated and caring teachers, along with Mr Windred, accompanied the students. Thank you and congratulations on a job well done!
School ANZAC Service
This Friday, 29th April, we will be holding commemorating 100 years of ANZAC with a service at the Primary site, commencing at 10.30am. All are most welcome to attend.
Vale – Ryan Wells
It was with great sadness that we learned of the tragic death of past student and Manilla resident, Ryan Wells, aged 22. Ryan was a thoughtful and gentle person who cared greatly for the school and the community. He had a strong sense of pride in all things Manilla. Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.

3/4F Bike & Road Safety
On Thursday, 7th April, 3/4F celebrated their positive classroom behaviour with a road safety fun afternoon. Students had been learning about the importance of bike and road safety as part of their PDHPE unit in class. As a reward, 3/4F students were able to bring in a transport method of their choice and demonstrate their understanding of the road safety unit. The class had lots of fun and enjoyed being safe. They were even treated to chocolate paddle pops donated by the local Manilla Swimming Pool.
