• Three developmentally sequential one-days designed for both primary and high schools • As a leadership champion, choose an annual, age appropriate One- Day or develop a progressive sequence• We focus simultaneously on both self-leadership and role-function leadership development • Each process focuses on personal growth, team and community development (servant leadership)• Healthy balance of theory snippets, signicant experiential learning activities and attention to reection and journaling. • Major focus on learning to lead through “doing” leadership.
