UniCentralUniCentral is a secure property with excellent facilities. Students live in spacious apartments offering four large lockable bedrooms, each with a double bed, private bathroom, large study area, two built-in wardrobes, private telephone, Internet connection, and free Intranet service to USC. The shared areas in each apartment include laundry facilities, a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining furniture, and outdoor furniture in either a balcony or courtyard setting. Living costsAn international student would normally need between A$275 and A$325 per week to live comfortably on the Sunshine Coast. These amounts are in addition to airfares, visa applications, travel insurance and tuition fees, and will vary depending on lifestyle and preferences.
