Windsor Great Park is one of the most stunning areas of parkland withancient oak forests and wide-open deer parks, under the distant gaze ofthe beautiful English castle. Enjoy spectacular views of WindsorCastle, The Long Walk, and The Copper Horse and learn more aboutHer Majesty The Queen's childhood home here at Windsor.

Stunning views and fascinating insights into the Great Park provide anexperience that guests will talk about for years to come. Each tour istailored to your interests in the Park and Windsor history, and is suitablefor all ages. Children as young as three will be kept engaged and thoseunder three tend to fall asleep to the rhythm of the carriage.

Windsor Carriages is a family run business who have lived and workedin the Park for over 50 years, and who proudly continue the 165 year oldtradition of Windsor’s licensed carriages on the Long Walk dating backto 1849.

The carriage is accessed via two wide low steps with handrails and issuitable for all abilities. Pushchairs can be stowed under the seats, whileblankets and umbrellas are available in the event of unexpectedinclement weather.

Carriages operate year round on bright cheerful sun-filled days, as thecarriage is open top.

WINDSOR GREAT PARK



Enjoy the spectacular approach to Windsor Castle on The Long Walk,featured all around the world in 2017 at The Royal wedding of Prince Harryand Meghan Markle. A six mile journey enjoyed by Royalty for centuries andexclusively shared with guests of Windsor Carriages by Crown license since1849.

During the ride we share in the history of the Great Park and the generationsof Windsor carriages and horses. All while you take in the stunning views ofWindsor Castle, meet the resident deer and encounter historical monuments,ancient forests and stunning horticultural displays.

A 50-minute return trip with views of the Copper Horse (The statue of KingGeorge III), The Royal Mausoleum, Frogmore House and The Royal Dairy.This tour also offers the rare experience of a drive through the Windsor GreatPark Deer enclosure with its herd of some 500 roaming deer descended frombreeding stock from Her Majesty’s Balmoral estate.

We would be delighted to arrange a Champagne and picnic hamper tocomplete your perfect morning or afternoon.

Crown Estate Drives are designed to take in the most notable sights ofThe Great Park around your interests in this remarkable estate. Bespoketours last around 2 hours and include refreshments at The Village Storeswithin Windsor Great Park.

The tour travels past such sights as Cumberland Lodge, Queen Anne’sRide, The York club, The Village shop, The Copper Horse Statue, andThe Deer Park. Each tour is tailored to your interest

in The Park, the commemorative statues, and history of The RoyalFamily, notable Flora, fauna and the multiple sites of scientific interest.A tour that promises insights into the estate and park life both past andpresent. From within The Park the full view of The Castle and TheLong Walk can be taken in. On a clear day views stretch over 20 milesinto London.

THW CROWN ESTATE TOUR



Join us on a summers evening drive deep into The Great Park. Magic andmystery awaits as we venture into The Deer Park, where we may be luckyenough to experience grazing stags.

Enjoy a 1 hour circular tour into The Deer Park for views of WindsorCastle, The Long Walk and The Copper Horse Statue. Dinner can bearranged at the Fox or Hounds and lunch at Guards Polo Club orCumberland Lodge,

Operating at 6pm on summer evenings throughout July and August.

This tour leaves from Bishopsgate, Bishopsgate Rd, Englefield Green,Egham TW20 0XU.

Perfect for a special event or occasion. A full carriage takes two people.
