Room reservations are confirmed after receipt of a 50 % deposit by bank transferor 100 % by credit card.In the event of cancellation up to 14 daysprior to arrival, no charge will be made. In the event of cancellation up to sevendays prior to arrival, 50 % of the packagerate will be charged. In the event of cancellations at short notice or premature departure, 100 % ofthe package rate will be charged.

Any unused services will not be refundedin cash. Guests may take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.

We accept EC cards as well as all standardcredit cards for the settlement of bills.Foreign currency exchange is available atthe hotel.

Dogs are permitted in all guest rooms, in the Post Café and on the terrace. Thereis a daily charge of € 30 not includingdog food.

We kindly ask our guests to contribute to a sophisticated atmosphere by dressingelegantly for dinner.

Half-board can either be for lunch or dinner on the same day.

It is not possible to change the arrangement during the stay or to claim a refund for any half-board serviceswhich are not used. In all guest rooms, in the Zirbelstube, the Emostube and the Jagerstube wekindly ask you to refrain from smoking.

Smoking is permitted in our Post Café,the bar and in the Hubertushalle.

On the day of departure rooms should be vacated by 11.00am. The rooms are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. A special changing room is available for early arrivals and late departures.

Jäger RoomsDecorated in the traditional hunting style of the “Post", these combined bedroom-lounges (24 to 40m2) have a double bed and corner seating area. Some of them also have a tiled stove or balcony. They all have a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Double RoomsIn a spacious 25 to 35m2 room, you can make yourself comfortable in thecosy corner seating area, in the doublebed or, in some rooms, on the balcony.All these rooms have a bathroom withbathtub and WC.
