The raceThe event is open to amateurs born in 2002 and before. It is registered in Hauts-de-France regional calendar. Theevent is classified 1.12.7 (opened to Federation Française de Cyclisme – FFC – riders in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and juniorscategories).

The ridersThe event is opened to 25 teams from 4 to 7 riders. Teams could be :

• French Teams in National Division 1 ;• French Teams in National Division 2 ;• French Teams in National Division 3 ;• Teams of regional or interregional selections ;• Teams of departmental selections ;• French clubs ;• Mixed teams from different clubs.

In accordance with FFC rules and FFC Hauts-de-France Committee agreements with the Royal Belgian CyclingFederation (RLVB) (Belgium) and the British Cycling Federation (BCF) (Great Britain), the race is opened to teamsfrom Belgium and Great Britain (national or regional selections or clubs) with the agreement of their NationalFederation.

Finally, the race is opened to teams from other countries with the limit of 3 teams with the agreement of theirNationale Federation and the FFC.

Riders should not be part of a continental or higher level team.Each team can subscribe 2 "reserve" riders per team.

The entry fee is determined by the French Cycling Federation : 7 euros per rider.

The Prix des MontsThe prices will be awarded at the award ceremony.

All details :• Best climber classification by adding points on 10 hills• Awarding points for each passage : 4-2 and 1 point• Primes for general results: € 50 - € 30 - € 20

The primesThe primes will be awarded at the award ceremony.

Al details :• Scratch results : 473 € / 20 primes (93-71-55-47-38-34-26-21-14-9-8-8-8-8-6-6-6-5-5-5)• Specific results for french 3rd category riders and all juniors : 138 € / 10 primes (28-18-17-15-14-12-11-9-8-

6). These primes could be cumulated with scratch results primes.

CircuitThe circuit consists of 3 laps (33.7 Km, 55.5 Km, 10.2 Km). The last lap is to go 3 times.The total distance is 119,8 km (33.7 + 55.5 + 3 x 10.2).

The total elevation is 1146 m. There are 10 hills.

Finishing timeAny rider finishing in a time exceeding 10% of the time the winner is no longer be placed. The period may beextended in exceptional circumstances by the College of Commissaires, in consultation with the organizer. Allsriders clocked in at over 5 minutes from the main peloton must stop and leave the race.

ProtocolThe first three of the race will appear on the podium in the 10 minutes after the finish.
