TRANSCRIPT

Since 1877 Strube is a successful seed breeder, who distri- butes its seeds all over the world. We distinguish ourselves by our drive for innovation and by our visionary research in seed quality. The farmers' success is our primary objective which we persue with full passion and know-how. We take quality very serious, at all levels.

As breeders and growers we offer high quality seeds, both for the agricultural sector and the food industry. Our varie-ties are adapted to various regions and meet the demands of sustainable agriculture. Profitablilty, stability and quality are the major characteristics which come along with our products.

The right choice for your agriculture

Sunflower plays a major role in soil management and rotation in extensive crops. Its deep root system facilitates more effective access to water available in the soil and ena-bles the plant to adapt itself to various cultivation areas.

When choosing the right sunflower variety for your farm besides considering the productive capacity, oil content and tolerance to jopo, a new criterion comes into play: tolerance to herbicides. The sunflower variety should be easily integrated into your current weed management and control system.

For this topic the Clearfield®* (IMI) and SULFO techno-logies should be considered. We offer varieties which are tolerant to effective herbicides and have simultaneously a great productive potential.

As seed breeders we are aware of our responsibility to offer each farmer excellent varieties, either for a more traditio-nal management of the crop, or for management with the IMI or SULFO technology. For those looking for Linoleic varieties or for those who need High Oleic varieties, we offer as well a great portfolio.

Welcome to Strube
