Located in between the international airport and the capital Victoria the newly build five star eden island Marina opened in 2007.

it offers facilities for super-yachts of up to 100m.

there are 600m of piled pontoon berths with the pontoons being sourced from Walcon Ltd.

the location of the marina on the inland side of eden island provides ideal sheltered conditions. the depth of the water in the Marina basin is 11m – draft at the channel to marina is restricted to 5.1m.

all pontoons are illuminated with solar deck marker lights spaced at every 5m.

there are 3 pump-out service units located on the super-yachts pontoon section with a 50mm sanitation pipe.

Further a 24-hour-security-service is provided at the Marina.

the well-proportioned beam and deep V hull allow for three generous cabins below the open plan of the main deck’s stepped main saloon.
