First Login to SuperPass Online • You will be prompted to change your temporary password the first time you login • Your new password must contain at least 8 characters and must be alpha-numeric
beginning with alpha • Choose a security question and answer, this will be your identifier if you have to reset
your password • Click submit, this will bring you to the login page

payment via your bank (online banking)

Once the payment is processed, a complete list of all your payments will be stored under Payment History. You should also have a record of your payments recorded on your bank statement. To View Your Payment History: 6) Click on Payment History

• Create Report: Choose from 34 reports (showing the most recent 3 months’ transactions). Report # 17 – Account Sales Summary Report (with drilldown ) goes back 7 years.
• Schedule Reports: Choose from 34 reports to schedule for yourself or multiple recipients
• Download File: duplicate your statement in excel format
• Today’s Truck Stop Transactions: Monitor today’s transactions from Petro-Pass sites
• Your Billing Schedule: Monthly billed accounts can view the billing dates for the current year
• Monitoring and Activity Reports: Create exception reports showing unusual activity or retrieve archived information (archive shows the previous 24 months sales transactions)

TIPS: #17 Account Sales Summary Report exports in HTML format only, this report retrieves data as far back as 7 years #33 Declined Transaction Report tells you the reason a purchase attempt is declined
Note: You will need to allow pop-ups to view the reports. A yellow tool bar may appear. Right click and choose “temporarily allow pop-ups”

• Add a schedule: Schedule a report to be automatically emailed to you, daily, weekly, monthly
• Distribution Lists: Create a list of people you would like an automatic
report sent to (create the distribution list before creating a scheduled report)
• List Schedules: Lists report schedules you created, the reporting period, timing of the next report run, the selected format and the distribution list for that report.

View Card Attributes: View the current profile of your cards Card Status: Cancel, put a card on hold or reactivate a card Driver Name: Add descriptions to your cards, 2 fields are available for retail (993) accounts and 1 field is available for Petro-Pass (708) accounts. Common uses are driver name, vehicle number, license plate number PIN: Change the driver ID number to something more familiar to your driver Fueling Access: Set purchase restrictions by volume and dollar limit. Restrict by product, day of week, time of day, geographic location.

Card List: List all of your cards in an excel file, see the PIN associated with each card Card Attributes: High level report showing the card attributes Detail Card Attributes: Keep track of restrictions placed on each card on a convenient excel spreadsheet Multi-Pin Card Report: Lists all drivers by PIN Hold Card on Future Date:Pput a card on hold for next week or next month Last Purchase by Card: See the last purchase made by a card

Number of new cards: Choose the number of new cards wanted, cannot exceed 30 cards Select profile from card: Choose a profile card to copy. Be sure to choose an active card, you will not be able to copy a profile from a canceled card or a card that is on hold. Set new card series number (optional): If you leave this number set to 1, the system will choose the lowest available card number. You can set a series, 1000, 2000, 3000.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about the online service? A: Email [email protected] for any questions related to SuperPass Online services
Q: How do I add a new user to the system? A: Contact your SuperUser, if you don’t have one please contact [email protected].
Q: How do I update my email address? A: To update your email address, hover over the Account Management tab to display the sub menu.
Choose Online Preferences to edit your profile.
Q: I did not receive my Statement Notification? A: If you haven’t received notification that your statement is ready please ensure the following:
• Ensure the correct billing date by viewing your billing schedule: go to Reports, then click on Your Billing Schedule
• Ensure SuperPass online has the correct email on file: hover over the Account Management tab to display the sub menu, choose Online Preferences, then choose Edit Profile
• The notification didn’t get automatically forwarded to your junk mail • [email protected] is added to your safe list: the notification could be held up by your firewall
Q: How do I update my account contacts? A: Submit the changes on company letterhead to [email protected]

• Set purchase limits and place restrictions on cards, for better control. • Use the Detail Card Attributes report found by hovering over the Manage Cards tab, choose
Card List from the submenu then choose Detail Card Attributes. This report will help keep you organized by providing an overview of all the restrictions enabled on your cards.
• Monitor transactions using the Exception Monitoring Report (under Reports tab) – Define the exception criteria, per your requirements, and the Exception Monitoring Report will
email you when a card meets the exception criteria. – Provides ability to proactively monitor & address exceptions.
• Review transactions that have been declined and the reason for the decline using the Declined Transaction Report #33 found under Create Report. Proactively review declines to address possible driver misuse.
• Assign a SuperUser for your account and keep your contacts up to date.
• If you suspect any out of the ordinary transactions, take immediate action.
• If a SuperPass card becomes lost or stolen cancel it through SuperPass Online immediately.
