1. ANNOUNCEMENT

The Moto Club CMV on behalf of the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana will organize the European

Championship Mini Bike Road Racing 2018 at the Autodromo di Franciacorta, Italy.

This event will be held on: from 2nd of August to 5th of august 2018

The length of the circuit is 2519 mtr. for MiniGP / Ohvale / NSF100 and 805 mtr. for Mini Moto classes.

The races will be run: Clockwise for Mini GP / Ohvale / NSF100 – Anti Clockwise for Mini Moto.

4. JURISDICTION

This event will be held in accordance with the FIM Europe Sporting Code, the FIM Europe Road Racing

rules (RR01 + RR02), the FIM Europe Mini Road Racing rules (RR06) and these Supplementary Regulations.

7. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED

The maximum number of riders allowed will be as follows:

8. ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEE

Applications for entry must be made on the official entry form.

Applications must be approved by the rider's FMN and must reach the organizer before 01.07.2018

midnight. Applications after this date must pay € 100, 00 extra entry fees per rider and can be refused.

The organizer will select the applications and advice riders within 72 hours after the closing date of entries

whether their applications have been accepted or rejected.

Riders must be in possession of a valid One-Year or One-Event FIM Europe Promotional license and an

approval of their FMN.

The entry fee for this EC Mini Bike Road Racing is € 250,00 (VAT 22% included) per rider and per class.

The amount for the paddock facilities incl. electricity, water (with toilets/showers) and waste (no tyres

or oil) is included.

All entry fees must be paid via bank transfer within the registration date including name and class at the

There is no transponder rental fee.

9. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECK

The administrative checks will take place on Thursday 02.08.2017 from 14:00 to 17:30 on the Race-office

building.

10. TECHNICAL INSPECTION

No rider or machine is permitted onto the track unless he/it has passed the technical inspections.

The official technical inspections will be held on Thursday 02.08.2017 from 14:00 to 17:30.

During these inspections the helmet and clothing must be presented for inspection.

11. PRACTISING

It is strictly forbidden to ride machines on the circuit outside the official practice periods according to the

official time table!

Supplementary free practices on previous days (organized by the circuit owner) are not part of this event.

There will be unofficial free practice during the week organized by the circuit owner – for MiniGP – NSF100

– Ohvale and Mini Moto classes.

12. RIDERS BRIEFING

A compulsory briefing will be held on Friday 03.08.2017 at 18:10 in the briefing room for Italian riders and

at 18.30 for English speaking riders. All riders must be present and must be accompanied by a parent,

guardian or team manager.

13. RACES: SCHEDULES AND DISTANCES

See enclosed schedule.

14. OPENING CEREMONY

The official opening ceremony with all riders will take place on Thursday 02.08.2018 at 19.30. Only the

riders + one national delegate shall gather in the pit lane with a national flag in front of each (country)

group.

15. PRIZES

The Prize-giving ceremony will be held immediately after each race with the first three qualified riders at

the podium. The final prize-giving ceremony will be held on Sunday 06.08.2017, immediately after the last

race finishes at the podium.

16. PROTESTS

Every protest must be presented to the Clerk of the Course according to the rules of the FIM EUROPE. The

protest fee is 350 € (according the FIM EUROPE Disciplinary and Arbitration Code). The fee for an Appeal

against a Jury decision see the FIM EUROPE Disciplinary and Arbitration Code is 650 €.

17. FUEL

There will be no fuel supplied by the organizer in the paddock. Specification FIM Europe RRC fuel

regulation RR 01.20.

18. INSURANCE

By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider (or passenger) is

insured in accordance with the FIM Europe requirements and declares that the rider is able to compete

in the respective class.

In conformity with Art. 110.1 of the Sporting Code, third party insurance in respect of riders and

passengers covering accidents occurring during the event including practices will be the responsibility of

the organizer. Moto Club CMV.

This insurance includes a guarantee of € 170.000.

The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components

arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.

19. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES

Apart from the requirements of the FIM Europe Sporting Code, riders and passengers by participating,

renounce all rights of appeal against the organizer, his representatives or gents by arbitration or before a

tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the FIM Europe sporting Code for any damages for which

they could be liable in Consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organizer, his officials,

Representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or Arising out of their

actions.
