Situation de départ The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez is a 4.484 km (2.786 mi) race track in theMagdalena Mixhuca Sports Complex in the Granjas neighborhood of Mexico City,Mexico, named after the famous racing drivers Ricardo and Pedro Rodríguez. The circuit got its name shortly after it opened when Ricardo Rodríguez died inpractice for the non-Championship 1962 Mexican Grand Prix. Ricardo's brotherPedro also lost his life behind the wheel nine years later.

The Grand Prix circuit underwent a significant renovation under the direction ofHermann Tilke for the return of Formula One in 2015. The front straight wasslightly extended and reprofiled to accommodate a new media center andpaddock. The iconic esses between turns 7 and 13 were significantly modified;the prolific, high radius turns were largely diminished while some were realignedinto fixed angle turns. The baseball field portion of the track was also altered to alow speed left-right combination. At 4.313 kilometres (2.680 mi), the course isapproximately 170 metres (560 ft) shorter than the previous Grand Prix layout, and Mexican Grand Prix organisers predict lap times of around 75 seconds andspeeds in excess of 328 km/h (204 mph) for the current turbocharged FormulaOne cars, which eliminate the adverse effects of altitude present in naturallyaspirated cars.

Description Geobrugg designed a new debris fence barrier that could be attached to theexisting concrete barriers. We also were responsible for layout design, materialproduction and shipment of all required debris fence material to the AutodromoHermanos Rodriguez.

Our installation instructors trained the local crew of OCESA to complete theinstallation.
