to: Shortened search time for parts in inventory, from two hours, two minutes or less. Reconciled two different hardware / software platforms which controlled the same inventory. Participated on a "Material Management Handling Team" to create new policies

and procedures for manufacturing.

Gustafson, Inc. (Now Bayer Crop Science) Buyer 7/1996 – 10/1996 Purchased raw material for the sheet metal and machine shops along with fittings,

pumps and anything else to set up equipment that would Treat, size and sort seeds before planting. Started the process to acquire ISO certification.

Research International, Eden Prairie, MN Production Planner 8/1994 – 3/1996 Started in the Assembly Department and moved to Production Control. Scheduled work for the sheet metal and machine shops along with outside services. Worked with production personnel to make sure that they had what they needed – when they

needed it. We went through the ISO certification process and became certified in February 1996.

Cherry – Textron, Mendota Heights, MN Buyer / Planner 1/1993 – 5/1994 Purchased raw material and services as required for manufacturing Set up a Poka Yoke “mistake proof” system for the assembly department Requested RFQ’s, purchased raw material, parts, assemblies and services for production. Developed technical instructions for the assembly process Designed and developed a new test fixture for the Statistical Process Control which resulted
