3. Better Customer service in terms of addressing conflict, bill printing & prompt trouble shooting

Station Inlet flow meters / Metering Skid at stations hooked up with these network devices for online monitoring of Gas Reconciliation in Real-time.

Digital Log book in CNG compressors is also under implementation. (Critical Parameters Pressure , Temperature, Flow rate, Vibration, Oil Level , Alarms through PLC connectivity)

System generated billing arrangements are being planned at CNG stations to generate cash memos

for CNG customers.
