FIRST MERIT LIST FOR ADMISSIONS TO THE M.COM PART-1 IS DISPLAYED ON THE COLLEGE

NOTICE BOARD AND ON THE COLLEGE WEBSITE www.nmcollege.in . The Original Documents and the

fees will be accepted on 16th,18TH,19th SEPT, 2017 from 11.00 P.M. TO 4.30 P.M. in room

no. 03 ground floor.

In case if any information provided by the student is incomplete or has any discrepancy or in case of situations

where conversion of grades to marks is to be incorporated and if there is any discrepancy or difference, the

admission of such candidates will be cancelled and the decision of the College Authorities will be final and

binding on the applicant.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMING THE ADMISSIONS (i.e. after

the name appears in the merit list)

At the time of admissions, the applicants are required to submit the following documents in

ORIGINAL and 2 attested photo copies of:

1. Mark sheet of F.Y. / S.Y. / T.Y. B.Com./ B.M.S./ B.A.F./ B.B.I./ B.F.M/ B.M.M

2. The Original acknowledgement of the Pre-admission form

3. Migration Certificate, Passing Certificate & Transfer Certificate, in case of students who have

passed their Graduation or equivalent examinations from other than University of Mumbai.

4. 10th Standard Marksheet / Passing Certificate.

5. 12th Standard Marksheet / Passing Certificate, Leaving / Transference Certificate.

6. Ration Card / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill as proof of residence.

7. Aadhar Card

8. Three Passport Size photographs

9. In case student does not have Sixth semester mark sheet, then the student is required to attach

Provisional Mark sheet issued by the College on College letter head.

10. Students seeking admission under Gujarati Linguistic Minority:

Vasti Patra.

Student has taken Gujarati as second language/studied in Gujarati medium.

Parents studied in Gujarati medium OR Gujarati as their First Language.

Attested copy of their Gujarati Linguistic Minority Certificate

11. Students seeking admission under Transfer, Sports, Cultural, Defence & Freedom Fighters

Certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Association.

Copy of Tamrapatra.

Govt. Transfer Order specifying date of transfer for Transfer.

Photocopies of the certificates indicating achievements in Sports \Cultural (DSO,

National/ International registered and recognized organization).

Any other certificate, if required for Other Category.

12. Gap Ceritficate if the candidate has taken gap in their studies.

13. 5 self-addressed envelopes with stamp of Rs.5 pasted on the envelope.

14. 1 copy of pre enrolment forms of the University of Mumbai.

M. COM PART I (SEM I) FEES PAYABLE:

Rs. 14870/- (for Open, Gujarati Minority and Other category other than Reserve category from student

who has passed T.Y.B.Com./ B.M.S./ B.A.F./ B.B.I./ B.F.M. Examination from University of Mumbai OR Rs.

3520/- (for Reserve Category Students)by DD or Pay Order ONLY in favour of “Narsee Monjee College of

Commerce and Economics Unaided A/c”. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

In case, the student has any difficulty in paying fees or any other problem, he/she is requested to contact Prof.

Mrs. Gomathi Iyer Vice Principal & Convener, Admission Committee or the Principal only. Please do not

inquire with any other staff for information regarding admissions.

All the forms are accepted on provisional basis subject to the verification of the photocopies with the original

documents at the time of admissions.

NO FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DUE DATES AND BEYOND THE TIMINGS SPECIFIED.

Second Merit List will be put up only if seats are vacant, announcement

regarding second merit list will be put on the college website/notice board.
