Activities in NIC Himachal Pradesh

Like every year Swachhata Pakhwada was observed in NIC Himachal Pradesh

from 01 February 2021 to 15th February 2021 as per the Directions from NIC

Headquarters. All NIC employees posted in State Centre, District Centres and

other NIC Offices of Himachal Pradesh took active participation during the

Pakhwada week.

All Employees posted in Himachal Pradesh took active participation in the activities planned during

the Pakhwada. Banner & Displays were placed at prominent areas in office. The main activities

performed during the Pakhwada are:-

➢ The Office area was made clean by removing garbage and unnecessary items from the

rooms.

➢ The floors were cleaned with floor cleaners.

➢ The old items were identified and moved to the store room from NIC working areas.

➢ The files were kept in order in file cabinets.

➢ Dusting was done of Furniture, Amirah with cleaner.

➢ Lecture given by NIC Official to the State Government Officials on eWaste management.

➢ Planted Saplings including flowers and other useful plants.

The activities were performed in all NIC locations in Himachal Pradesh.
