Specifications [V.2 - Final ]

[*A Bridge Over The Abyss ] Purpose: This project is intended to provide a fac ility for the progressive Constructive Engagement o f people [With a primary focus of Mothers/Fathers w/Children] interested and engaged in establishing a future wh ile benefiting a community as a whole.

Facility: The ‘Factory’ will be established on a gr ouping of Five [5] – Seven [7] RCP-450 Jack-Up barges. Two barges with carry MML A60 DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Accomm odation Modules [36 +6 +6] totaling 96 Rooms with full Galley/Mess capability.

A Third barge will carry a 4 x1 Floor [9600 SqFt Total ] Shop facility [Featuring a 50Tonne Gala Spiralift

powered ‘ Flying Floor’] which will have a fully configured Weaving/Machine Knitting/Sewing capability. One design feature for the shop is its ability to be co nverted into a fully found Outdoor Marine Stage wit h full lighting, sound and projection facilities. One noted feature will be the Strand Heritage Carillon [The first ‘Electric’ Carillon] Equipment: Weaving – One ITEMA Sulzer Textil 7300H P 460cm [446.8cm Net ] Jacquard Loom C/w 2x Stuabli UNIVAL 100 [24576 Ends] x 6 Colours [18 Colours on Commission]

2/2 Substructure:

The Atelier is part of a grouping of Five [5] – Seven [7] RCP-450 Jack-Up barges. While the primary purpose of the barge is to accomm odate the Atelier facility, it is reconfigurable into performance stage as a secondar y use Two barges carry MML A60 DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Accommodation Modules [36 +6 +6] totaling 96 Rooms with full Galley/Mess capability.

Upper Landings as well as to the catwalks to the ac commodation facility. Operations: The facility will be operated on a ‘S w’Equity’ [‘Sweat Equity’] basis with a ratio of 4:1

plus Accommodation and Living Allowance. The shop w ill take in Custom orders as well as produce In-House designs with a rapid-to-market tur naround with continuous development of new opportunities. Sw’Equity One, with its ‘In-House’ Stage, will als o be capable of mounting full productions from conception to realization.

Developments: Sw’Equity One is a development germi nated from the MATH Not METH Constructive

Engagement philosophy. The decision to take the fac ility ‘Offshore’ stems form the need to respond rapidly to Community needs while reducing u nnecessary encumbrances.

The facility is not designed to compete with or d isplace an existing initiative, rather to augment them. The program will be funded in the initial term by a 100% investment from the RedSeven Services Cooperative Venture Initiative [CDN$52Million ] with a carry-over of, if necessary, of Five Years. [ROI is projected at Ten [10] Years ]
