ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
Project (Engineering):
1. Experimental Investigation on Influence of Flaky Aggregates on Strength of
Manufactured Sand Concrete.
In this investigation the Ordinary Portland cement is used with full replacement of
manufactured sand in the place of natural sand and partial replacement of flaky aggregate
in place of normal aggregate with portable water.
The partial replacement in the percentage varies from 20% to 50% with increment of 10%.
2. Extensive Survey Project.
This mainly includes New Tank Project, Old Tank Project, Highway project, Water supply
and Sanitary Project.
Project (Diploma):
Stabilization of Weak Soil by using Lime as Admixture.
In this study Lime is used as Admixture to improve the physical properties and
engineering properties of black cotton soil.
The result of the study shows that the addition of the chemical admixture (lime) can
improve the engineering properties of weak soil. The soil liquid limit is found to be
decreased with the increase of lime content in cement.
TECHNICAL SEMINAR:
Alternatives in Absence of Natural Sand.
Alternative materials such as M-sand, Copper slag, Sheet glass powder, Washed bottom
ash, Construction & Demolition waste, Foundry sand are used as partial or full
replacement of fine aggregate in concrete.
