Flip Chart Foldable: 1 st Fold paper to make a hot dog. 2 nd - Make four slits on only the top flap of the paper. Leader- The Leader has the responsibility to facilitate and encourage participation in the group. They must also be the lead organizer.

Timekeeper- The Timekeeper monitors pace of meetings, and makes sure enough time has been allotted to complete each step of the task.

Reporter- The reporter is responsible for reporting the groups accomplishments to the facilitator.

Recorder- The recorder keeps notes of important decisions, group responsibilities, and deadlines.

Information Gatherer- The information gatherer goes out and searches for information that will be important for the group.
