  • Flip Chart Foldable: 1 st Fold paper to make a hot dog. 2 nd - Make four slits on only the top flap of the paper. You can tear or cut these flips with scissors. 3 rd - Label the top of each flap with a Team Member Role (Leader, Reporter, Recorder, Timekeeper, Information Gatherer) 4 th -Hold on tight & Get ready to LEARN!

  • Leader- The Leader has the responsibility to facilitate and encourage participation in the group. They must also be the lead organizer.

  • Timekeeper- The Timekeeper monitors pace of meetings, and makes sure enough time has been allotted to complete each step of the task.

  • Reporter- The reporter is responsible for reporting the groups accomplishments to the facilitator.

  • Recorder- The recorder keeps notes of important decisions, group responsibilities, and deadlines.
