    Rule 5. Red Ball freight will not be cha nged from onet rai n or ection to an other moving under ala te r da te symbol or r unning on a slowerschedule, if su ch change can be avoided . Theintention is that Red Ball freight will gothroug h in its designa ted t rain, or equiva lent,to insu re protecting the same deliver ies andconnect ions , intermediate and terminal, ascontem plated by schedule of the original train.

    Rule 6. Ca r load freight for points at whi ch trains a renot scheduled to stop will be switched out ata District Te rm in al to .be placed in local t rainsfor fo r war ding. Th e Dist ric t Termi nal will bedetermined af ter consi der a t ion ha s been givento the loca l se rvic e ava ilable to get the ca rto dest ination with th e least del ay .

    Rul e 7. Red Ball freight or ig ina ti ng a t inter media testa t ions will be t aken to District Ter minal forplaci ng in Red Ba ll trai n. The District Ter-minal will be determined by th e local f r eightserv ice available to get t he car moving.

    Rule 10. DE L.-\YE D CAHS-DO NOT SET OU T. Iffor any cause, except as provided in Rule 6,a car of Red Ball freight is set out, F orm1393 Waybill Stic ke r will be attache d to thelower lef t hand corner of the waybill. If setout between termi nal s conduc to r will a ttachform to waybill. If held at termina l beyond it sproper connectio n, agent or yardmaster willattach form to waybill . This form will r emai na t tached to waybill until it reaches dest ina t ionor deli veri ng" juncti on wh ere it will be re -moved.     Rul e 11. When a uthor ized to mail waybills, use sta nd-a r d form of way bill for ca r movement waybillin accordance with Ru le 23, Item 3.
