第一天：抵达- 加德满都KATHMANDU （晚餐）

抵达后，我们的工作人员将在机场与您会合并接送您到酒店。经过短暂的休息，我们即前往参观斯瓦扬布纳特

寺Swayambhunath

temple，据说建在这高岗上的佛塔已有2500年的历史。站在这高岗上可俯视整个加德满都市Kathmandu

第二天：加德满都 -蓝毗尼 (KATHMANDU-LUMBINI)（或可选飞行~45分钟，120美元） ( 早/午/晚餐）

早餐后，驾车或飞行（飞行额外费用）前往加德满都Kathmandu。午餐后，我们将前往参观位于加德满都Kath

mandu以东8公里外的博达哈Boudhanath佛塔，。这是一个受欢迎的旅游景点。 1979年，博达哈

Boudhanath佛塔被列入联合国教科文组织世界遗产。博达哈Boudhanath的大佛塔是该区的焦点。大佛塔周围至

7DAYS NEPAL BUDDHIST CULTURE TOUR

DAY 1: ARRIVE – KATHMANDU (Dinner)

Upon arrival, you will meet our staff and you will be transferred to Hotel. After short rest, we will visit the

Swayambhunath Temple, said to be 2500 years Stupa on a hillock, which offers a breath-taking view of Kathmandu

City and the Sunset view. This Stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal, listed in the UNESCO World Heritage

Monument Listed in 1979.Next; we will visit historic Kathmandu Durbar Square (Hanuman Dhoka) if you are lucky,

you will be able to have a glance of the famous living Goddess of Nepal name Kumari, Nepalese traditional cultural

show with dinner at restaurant. After dinner you will be able to stroll along the busy street of Kathmandu city center.

Overnight Kathmandu.

DAY 02: KATHMANDU – LUMBINI (45Minute flight optional US$120 (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, drive or fly to Bhairawa. Upon arrival in Bhairawa airport transfer to Lumbini. Lunch will be served at

Hotel. After Lunch, Tour of Lumbini: main traction includes - The Sacred Garden, spread over 8sq km and possessing

all the treasures of the historic area. The Mayadevi Temples, which we find a bas relief of Mayadevi, the Buddha

mother giving birth to him. The Mayadevi shrine which is the oldest monument of Nepal. The Ashokan Pillar, which

was erected by Emperor Ashoka in 249BC to commemorate his pilgrimage to the sacred site. The Sacred pond,

Puskarni, where the queen Mayadevi had taken a bath just before giving birth to the Buddha. Overnight stay in

Lumbini.Hotel New Chrystal or similar.

DAY 03: LUMBINI-TILAURAKOTFULL DAY TOUR-LUMBINI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, drive to (Tilaurakot, 25km west of Lumbini, is said to be the childhood home of the Buddha. Tilaurakot

is believed to the capitla of the Kapilavastu kingdom, where the Prince Siddhartha Gautam lived for the first 29 years of

his life. Tilaurakot is 3km north of the busy village of Tiulihawa. Few less people visit here than Lumbini. It is a

peaceful place with shaded grounds.

There are the remains of some stupas, some fort gates, old city walls and a moat. There are two Ashokan Pillars here,

which were put up to memorialize the birth of the Buddha in two previous ages. The eastern gate is considered

important, because the Buddha is said to have passed through this gate when he departed to find enlightenment. Often

the guard will give a tour of the sites (donation expected).There is a small museum containing some pottery found in the

area and coins (around 3,000). Open daily except Tuesday, 10 am to 5 pm, Friday, 10 am to 3 pm. Return to Lumbini

for overnight.at Hotel New Chrystal or similar.

DAY 04-LUMBINI – KATHMANDU (Drive or FLY) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, drive or fly(Flight additional cost) to Kathmandu. After lunch, we will proceed to visit Budhanath

stupa, located at 8 Kilometer east of Kathmandu. It is a popular tourist site. In 1979, Boudhanath stupa was listed in

UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Great Stupa of Boudhanath is the focal point of the district. There are at least 29

Tibetan Gompas (Monasteries & Nunneries) around Boudhanath. PM: free and leisure for your final shopping. Dinner

and overnight stay in Katmandu.

DAY 05-KATHMANDU-NAMOBUDHA-DHULIKHEL 2hrs drive round trip (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, scenic drive to Namobuddha, one of the beautiful countryside as well as historic Buddhist pilgrimage

sites. Namo Buddha, where it is said that Lord Buddha gave his life to a starving tigress and her cubs. Since it was

founded by V.V. Khenchen Tarangu Rinpoche in 1978 the monastery has grown such that today it is home to more than

250 monks. Side excursion around the temples; enjoy view of the beautiful scenery. Return to Dhulikhel, dinner and

overnight stay at Himalaya Horizon or similar

DAY 06: DHULIKHEL –PHARPING –KATHMANDU (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, Drive to Pharping (pronounce "Farping"). It was also known as Phamting. Some say it is because it is

the birthplace of the Phamtingpa, the heart-son of Naropa and his brothers. There are two major practice caves in

Pharping blessed by Guru Rinpoche: the Asura cave and the Yanglesho cave.We will visit those two cave and some

monastery. PM: return to Kathmandu for Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 07: KATHMANDU AIRPORT –FLY HOME (Breakfast)

After breakfast, drive to Airport and fly home
