Power Management of The Most Important Asset You Have – Analytics To Supercharge Human Resource Performance One of the biggest technology trends across every industry and in every business function is the exponential growth in the use of Analytics to help super-charge employees, managers and executives to manage their business. Increasingly the ability to manage a business tightly is “table stakes” for global, national or local competitiveness as every market wrings out excess costs and the positive and negative business impacts of management capability and employee behavior become ever more amplified. This is no less important in the management of the most important resource an entity has, the Human Resource. HR leaders are at the center of a long list of major socio-economic and business trends including the replacement of the boomer generation with the new working generations, increasing diversification of the workforce and markets, the increasing geographical distribution of resources, increasing pressures on workforce productivity, changing markets after one of the 3 deepest global recessions in the past 100 years, increasing government responsibility and on and on. Whether a for-profit enterprise, non-profit enterprise or government we will explore what is possible and what the market leaders are doing with Analytics to maximize the return on investment of their people.
