What does a weight management consultation involve?

Your pharmacist will sit down with you in a private consultation room and ask you some questions about your general health and diet. They might check your blood pressure - just to get a clearer picture of your health - before taking a measurement of your weight. They will then explain how your current weight relates to your health using a height/weight chart and offer advice on changes that may help you. They can also discuss with you some of the supplements available that may support you if you need to lose weight to improve your health.
