Sample GOAL District Action Plan Goal 2: All students in Guam
Department of Education will successfully progress from grade to grade and from one level of schooling to another in order to maximize opportunities to successfully graduate from high school.
Objective 2.1: Beginning SY 2008-2009, GDOE will increase the percentage of students performing at Level 3 (Proficient) by at least 5% each grade level as measured by SAT10 or the adopted norm-referenced test per year.
School Goal: 70% of all students will improve SAT-10 performance levels to at least Level 3 (Proficient) and increase scores by 5% in each content area for SY 2010-2011.
