Cooperation in EB
Plan and recruit proper people for needed positions

Together planning of LCVP TM with each of VPs in LCs.
Work strategically on Talent Capacity Recruitment and allocation plan for LC.Consists of TMPs planned for division of programs and JDs

Shows comparision between past efficiency and planned now. Comparisionis visible in Dashboard.
Retention rate in X programmes in 2 past quaters
Helps you to asses proper number of membership in team.

Steps1. Read carefully MC-LC recommendations and analyse it.2. Prepare all needed data from past:
convertion rate (from last recruitment), efficiency & retention rate from 2 past quaters (Q1+Q2 2014)
3. Arrange meeting with EB and discuss size of teams and supportive structure.
4. Fill the LC Talent Plan 3.1.5. Double check it with your COMM about plans for applications.
