With our young talent program, we aim to enhance and equip new graduates with the right skillset,knowledge and opportunities to contribute to society and become confident young women who can
build a successful career in the beauty industry.

5 Programs that ITE studentscan look forward
from Pink Parlour.
Open to ALL beauty and wellness undergraduates from both NITEC &
Higher NITEC.
Minimum salary of $800 with $200 in good performance bonus.
Hands on training.
12 week intensive learn as you work to equip and prepare interns with
hands on experience by the end of the program.
Internship
For all Higher NITEC students who have interned with Pink Parlour in
NITEC.
Minimum salary of $900 with $200 in good performance bonus.
PT work contributes towards internship hour
Enhanced Internship
For ITE students who have never interned for Pink Parlour but take on
an interest to better themselves in Front Desk, Operations, Nails and
Waxing treatments.
PT rates at $8/hr.
Part Timing for Pink Parlour
All Interns who have spent their 400 hrs in Pink Parlour.
Flexible work hours.
PT rates at $9/hr (Minimum work hours of 64hrs per month)
PT rates of $8.50/hr (work hours below 64hrs per month)
Interns Part Timingfor Pink Parlour
Open to all ITEC (NITEC or Higher NITEC graduates)
Must be 1st job upon graduation.
Bond of 12 months
HALF to be given within first 3 months of signing bond.
HALF to be given upon completion of bond.
Minimum salary of $1,600/mth
Sign On BONUS of $3000 (NITEC)& $4000 (Higher NITEC)
Overall Earning Opportunities
