Registration for NCB Quisk:

All you need is your TRN along with any ONE of the following forms of Identification:• Government Issued ID (Passport,

National ID, Driver’s License)• Student ID (If under the age of 18

• Passport size photo (Verified by Principal or Vice-principal)

• Work ID (Select Employers only)• Passport size photo + a Letter from

a Doctor or Lawyer (Letter must be sealed or stamped)

Add MoneyYou can add money to your NCB Quisk account in two ways from a linked bank account, or via your nearest iABM.

You can link up to three (3) NCB bank accounts to Quisk and easily transfer money directly to your Quisk account. (To link your NCB bank account to your Quisk account, call 1-888-NCB-FIRST.) Once your accounts are linked, you can add funds:

Via NCB Quisk Online at www.jncb.com/Quisk or Via the Quisk Mobile APP• Select “Add Money”• Enter amount• Select “Submit”

Or by Text Text “Add” and the amount e.g. “Add 3500”

Send MoneyYou can use Quisk to send money in three ways-via the Quisk Online Portal, the Mobile App or via text message.

• Select “Send Money”• Enter ten (10) digit mobile number• Enter amount• Select “Submit”• You will receive a six (6) digit Get

Money code via SMS. • Send Get Money code to receiver

Via Text Message• Text Send 876 <RECEIVER PHONE

NUMBER> <AMOUNT> TO (876) 835-7879.

• e.g Send 8765555555 3500• You will receive a call requesting you to

enter your PIN• You will receive a text message with

the Get Money Code. Send this code to the Recipient

Receive MoneyNCB Quisk lets you easily receive money via the Quisk Online Portal, the Mobile App or via text message.

Visit NCB Quisk Online portal at www.jncb.com/Quisk OR log on to the NCB Quisk Mobile APP

• Select “Get Money”• Enter “six (6) digit Get money” code • Select “Submit”• Your account balance will then be

updated

Via Text Message

• You will receive a text message advising that someone has sent you money

• The sender should share the Get Money Code with you

• e.g. Get 123456• Text Get <MONEY CODE> to (876)

835-7879• You will receive a notification that the

money was added

6 Pay for Goods & ServicesNCB Quisk lets you make purchases or pay for everyday services.

• Visit any participating merchant• At the checkout counter, the cashier

will select NCB Quisk, select sale and then enter the amount on their NCB POS machine.

• When prompted, enter your 10 digit phone number (876XXXXXXX) and 6 digit PIN

• You will receive a text message that will be sent to your phone

• Collect your receipt confirming transaction

Make a Bill PaymentTo make a bill payment, you must first set up a Bill Payee.

Setup a bill payee. Visit NCB Quisk Online portal at www.jncb.com/Quisk or log on to the NCB Quisk Mobile APP

• Select “Bill Pay” option• Select “Manage” • From the drop down bar, select payee

to be added e.g. JPSCO• Enter “Bill pay Account Number”.

You will be asked to re-enter the “Bill Pay Account Number”

• Enter “Account Nickname” (optional)• Then select submit• You will receive a message “Bill Payee

successfully added”

Once you have successfully added the bill payee, you can use Quisk to pay your bills using the Quisk Online Portal, the Mobile App or via text message.

• Select “Bill Pay”• Select Payee from drop down

e.g. JPSCO• Enter Bill Payment Amount• Select “Submit”

• Text Pay <PAYEE NAME AND AMOUNT>

Buy Phone CreditTo top up your mobile phone using Quisk, set up a network provider (Flow/Digicel) as a Bill Payee (see To Setup Bill Payee) and easily buy credit:

Via the Quisk Online Portal, or Mobile App:

• Select “Bill Pay”• Select Payee from drop down

e.g. FLOW• Enter Bill Payment Amount• Select “Submit”

Via Text Message

• Text “Pay, Payee name and amount” e.g. “Pay FLOW 200”

• OR If an Account Nickname was created, text “Pay, Payee name, Account Nickname and amount” e.g. “Pay FLOW NICKNAME 200”
