THE PROBLEM

the real problem is that these

cops do not have the ethical

courage by their profession

and believe that being part of

a major Colombian security

support can leverage their

power and control more than

a problem a person with his

abuse and mistreatment

THE CAUSES

Some polices are allowed to purchase by citizens

That there is more insecurity in the country

Not meeting the standards

brings disorder

they have no responsibility for what they do

THE SOLUTION

to be more responsible

not receive money from citizens

respect the rules

arrive in time to place
