launched auto rickshaw services in Bangalore, today. With a click on the TaxiForSure mobile app, customers can book an auto whenever they need one. With the new addition, TaxiForSure is set to enhance customer experience while auto booking and commute, by implementing all the best practices gained in their taxi booking offering. The auto service was launched by Raghunandan G, Co-founder & CEO and Aprameya R, Co-founder & Director, TaxiForSure. Arvind Singhal, Chief Operating Officer, TaxiForSure, was also present at the launch. The auto service is available through the mobile website and app, which allows customers to book an auto in a few simple and easy steps. Customers have to open the app, click on the auto icon, followed by „Pick Now‟. The auto will be at their doorstep within no time. Speaking at the launch, Raghunandan G, Co-founder and CEO, TaxiForSure, said, “TaxiForSure was founded with the vision of solving transportation problems faced by commuters in India. Towards this we have launched several unique solutions, and the auto launch is in line with this strategy. TaxiForSure launched the auto service in association with Three Wheels United, a Bangalore-based social enterprise that works closely with auto drivers and their families, whichworks towards financial inclusion and development of auto drivers. Now TaxiForSure and Three Wheels United will collaborate to achieve the mission of increasing driver earnings, lowering running costs, and easing driver concerns about getting consistent business. In the first phase, the TaxiForSure will launch 500 autos and soon increase the fleet to over 1,000 autos in Bangalore. Customers need to pay a nominal convenience fee of only INR 10, in addition to the auto fare, to enjoy a hassle-free auto ride.

Unique features of the auto service For Drivers: For the convenience of auto drivers, the app will be multilingual, supporting

English, Hindi, and Kannada. This will enable the drivers to read the complete address in his preferred language and by using map-based navigation reach the customer point. For Customers: TaxiForSure will launch a detailed driver rating and feedback system, which

will allow users to give a 5-star rating to a driver, and share their feedback on the service. TaxiForSure commits to working with the best drivers and will use this data to develop all drivers into 5-star drivers.

Auto driver challenges and solutions offered by Three Wheels United There are 5 million auto rickshaw drivers in India. About 20 million lives are dependent on their incomes, which is a paltry $3 per driver per day. The driver has no access to banks, no savings, and no social security.
