have more of this kind of gather-

Big assembly of brothers and
sisters, like the sectoral break-
fast, is an occasion to look for-
ward. It inspires, reconnects and
builds up the community mem-
bership. It also gathers more
people to God.Be there the next time it
happens.

The couple sharer inspired
many of the breakfasters as they
proclaimed Gods faithfulness; of
God giving them strength to
overcome their struggles.
Indeed the sectoral breakfast
was a great time to reconnect. It
was a reunion of brothers andsisters who were originally from

bonding of the brothers and
sisters in attendance was clearly

If you are humble, nothing will touch you, neither praise nor disgrace, because you know what youare. Humility is the only virtue the devil cannot imitate.

1. What is Prayer? Is it Useful and for What?
It is coming into the presence of God - to worship; to ask for forgiveness;
to give thanks and to seek help.
It is where we step up to reach out to God, and he stoops down to em-
brace us.
It is a conversation, a one-on-one chat with God
It is to strengthen and further develop our relationship with God.
2. Different Ways of Prayer1. Private
Essential Preparation for Private Prayers
1. Decide how important prayer is our life.
2. Schedule an appropriate time that you can adhere to.
3. Form a prayer habit by praying daily.
4. Choose a quiet place where you can pray undisturbed.
Plan our Private Prayer Schedules
1. How long should you pray?
2. What would be an appropriate time to pray?3. How much prayer time would you consider adequate?
2. Public
How do we Pray at Mass
The Eucharist is the perfect prayer, where we meet a live Christ. The
Mass is actually divided into two parts.
1. First, is the reading of scriptural passages, taken from the Old and
New Testaments.
2. The second part is the Consecration where the priest, by the au-
thority of Jesus, changes the bread and wine into the Body and
Blood of Jesus.
By the action of the priest when repeating the same words Jesus uttered
during the Last Supper, the fullness of Jesus is made present - his body,
soul and divinity - during consecration.
The Mass provides us with the privilege of receiving the actual physical
Body of Christ, the very same one who died 2,000 years ago on the
cross.
Through the gift of the Eucharist, Jesus Allows us to come in direct
contact with him.
