1 Service HintsSYMPTOM: Remote receiver not functioning.DEFECT SAMPLE: Remote receiver board (TNPA5378) damaged with screw marking. (as shown)

CAUSE: KA Board (TNPA5378) damaged due to wrong TYPE A screw applied instead of TYPE B screw usage.CAUTION POINT:

a) Only use attached screw TYPE A to bracket for fixing to pedestal base.

b) Only use attached screw TYPE B to fanbag for fixing bracket to TV set.

ACTION: Change remote receiver board (TNPA5378) if found damage. *NOTE : If wrongly used screw TYPE A to secure bracket to TV set, it will damage the remote receiver board (TNPA5378).
