Ph¹m vi ¸p dông Tiªu chuÈn nµy qui ®Þnh c¸c yªu cÇu kü thuËt vÒ ®o vÏ b¶n ®å ®Þa h×nh tû lÖ lín vµ tr¾c ®Þa c«ng tr×nh, ®Ó cung cÊp c¸c d÷ liÖu chuÈn x¸c dïng trong thiÕt kÕ vµ thi c«ng x©y l¾p, kiÓm ®Þnh, gi¸m s¸t chÊt l îng c¸c c«ng tr×nh x©y dùng. Tiªu chuÈn nµy thay thÕ cho TCVN 3972-85. 2. Tiªu chuÈn trÝch dÉn - TCXDVN 271: 2002. Qui tr×nh kü thuËt x¸c ®Þnh ®é lón c«ng tr×nh d©n dông vµ c«ng nghiÖp b»ng ph ¬ng ph¸p ®o cao h×nh häc. - Tiªu chuÈn ngµnh: 96 TCN 43-90. Qui ph¹m ®o vÏ b¶n ®å ®Þa h×nh tû lÖ 1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000; 1:5000; (phÇn ngoµi trêi). - Tiªu chuÈn ngµnh 96 TCN 42-90. Quy ph¹m do vÏ b¶n ®å ®Þa h×nh tû lÖ 1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000; 1:5000; 1:10000; 1:25000; (phÇn trong nhµ). 3. Ký hiÖu dïng trong tiªu chuÈn GPS HÖ thèng ®Þnh vÞ toµn cÇu; S h Sè hiÖu chØnh do ®é cao mÆt ®Êt vµ mÆt chiÕu; m P Sai sè trung ph ¬ng vÞ trÝ ®iÓm; m H Sai sè trung ph ¬ng ®o ®é cao; h Kho¶ng cao ®Òu cña ® êng ®ång møc; §é lÖch giíi h¹n cho phÐp; t HÖ sè ®Æc tr ng cho cÊp chÝnh x¸c; m Sai sè trung ph ¬ng cña mét ®¹i l îng ®o; Dung sai cña c«ng t¸c tr¾c ®Þa; Xl Dung sai cña c«ng t¸c x©y l¾p. 4 . Quy ®Þnh chung 4.1 C«ng t¸c tr¾c ®Þa lµ mét kh©u c«ng viÖc quan träng trong toµn bé c¸c c«ng t¸c kh¶o s¸t, thiÕt kÕ, thi c«ng x©y l¾p c«ng tr×nh trªn mÆt b»ng x©y dùng. Chóng ph¶i ® îc thùc hiÖn theo mét ®Ò c ¬ng hoÆc ph ¬ng ¸n kü thuËt ®· ® îc phª duyÖt vµ phï hîp víi tiÕn ®é chung cña c¸c giai ®o¹n kh¶o s¸t, thiÕt kÕ, x©y l¾p, ®¸nh gi¸ ®é æn ®Þnh vµ b¶o tr× c«ng tr×nh 4.2 C«ng t¸c tr¾c ®Þa phôc vô x©y dùng c«ng tr×nh gåm 3 giai ®o¹n chÝnh: a. C«ng t¸c kh¶o s¸t tr¾c ®Þa - ®Þa h×nh phôc vô thiÕt kÕ c«ng tr×nh, bao gåm : thµnh lËp l íi khèng chÕ mÆt b»ng vµ ®é cao phôc vô cho viÖc ®o vÏ b¶n ®å tû lÖ lín , lËp b¸o c¸o nghiªn cøu kh¶ thi vµ thiÕt kÕ kü thuËt thi c«ng. b. C«ng t¸c tr¾c ®Þa phôc vô thi c«ng x©y l¾p c«ng tr×nh, bao gåm: thµnh lËp l íi khèng chÕ mÆt b»ng vµ ®é cao phôc vô bè trÝ chi tiÕt vµ thi c«ng x©y l¾p c«ng tr×nh. KiÓm tra kÝch th íc h×nh häc vµ c¨n chØnh c¸c kÕt cÊu c«ng tr×nh. §o vÏ hoµn c«ng c«ng tr×nh. c. C«ng t¸c tr¾c ®Þa phôc vô quan tr¾c biÕn d¹ng c«ng tr×nh, bao gåm: thµnh lËp l íi khèng chÕ c¬ së, l íi mèc chuÈn vµ mèc kiÓm tra nh»m x¸c ®Þnh ®Çy ®ñ, chÝnh x¸c c¸c gi¸ trÞ

Tiu chun ny thay th cho TCVN 3972-85. 2. Tiu chun trch dn - TCXDVN 271: 2002. Qui trnh k thut xc nh ln cng trnh dn dng v cng nghip bng ph ng php o cao hnh hc. - Tiu chun ngnh: 96 TCN 43-90. Qui phm o v bn a hnh t l 1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000; 1:5000; (phn ngoi tri). - Tiu chun ngnh 96 TCN 42-90. Quy phm do v bn a hnh t l 1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000; 1:5000; 1:10000; 1:25000; (phn trong nh). 3. Quy nh chung 4.1 Cng tc trc a l mt khu cng vic quan trng trong ton b cc cng tc kho st, thit k, thi cng xy lp cng trnh trn mt bng xy dng. Cng tc kho st trc a - a hnh phc v thit k cng trnh, bao gm : thnh lp l i khng ch mt bng v cao phc v cho vic o v bn t l ln , lp bo co nghin cu kh thi v thit k k thut thi cng. b. Cng tc trc a phc v thi cng xy lp cng trnh, bao gm: thnh lp l i khng ch mt bng v cao phc v b tr chi tit v thi cng xy lp cng trnh. Kim tra kch th c hnh hc v cn chnh cc kt cu cng trnh. o v hon cng cng trnh. c. Cng tc trc a phc v quan trc bin dng cng trnh, bao gm: thnh lp l i khng ch c s, l i mc chun v mc kim tra nhm xc nh y , chnh xc cc gi tr 2. Bn t l 1: 1000, h = 0.5m c dng thit k thi cng cng trnh khu vc ch a xy dng, tng bnh khu vc xy dng thnh ph, thit k chi tit cng trnh ngm, thit k qui hoch, san lp mt bng; b. Bn t l 1: 500, h = 0.5m c dng thit k thi cng cng trnh thnh ph, khu cng nghip, o v hon cng cc cng trnh; c. TIU CHUN xy dng vit nam tcXDvn 309-2004 Chiu di tuyn b tr gia cc im hng II v III khng c qu 5 km. Chiu di tuyn gia cc im nt khng c qu 2 3 km. Cc im hng IV cch nhau 400m 500 m khu vc xy dng v 1 km khu vc ch a xy dng. H s bn giao gm: - - - - S l i khng ch mt bng v cao (v trn nn tng bnh mt bng ca cng trnh xy dng); Kt qu tnh ton bnh sai l i khng ch mt bng; Kt qu tnh ton bnh sai l i khng ch cao; Bng thng k to v cao ca cc im trong l i. S ha v tr cc mc ca l i khng ch khi bn giao phi lp bin bn v c ch k ca c bn giao v bn nhn. Mu bin bn bn giao ti liu c lp theo quy nh trong tiu chun ngnh 96 TCN 43-90. Kim tra v tr ca cc hng mc, cc kt cu ring bit v h thng k thut so vi cc tham s trong h s thit k. o v hon cng v tr mt bng, cao, kch th c hnh hc ca cc hng mc, cc kt cu sau khi hon thnh giai on lp rp. o v hon cng h thng k thut ngm (thc hin tr c khi lp) 8.3 Vic o c kim tra v o v hon cng phi c thc hin bng cc my mc, thit b c chnh xc t ng ng vi cc thit b dng trong giai on thi cng. Tt c my mc ny u phi c kim nghim m bo yu cu v cht l ng theo Tiu chun Ngnh 96 TCN 43-90. 8.4 Cc yu t cn kim tra trong qu trnh thi cng xy lp, ph ng php, trnh t v khi l ng cng tc kim tra phi c xc nh tr c trong ph ng n k thut thi cng cc cng tc trc a phc v xy dng cng trnh . 8.5 Danh sch cc hng mc quan trng, cc kt cu v cc khu vc cn o v hon cng khi kim tra nghim thu do n v thit k xc nh. Vic kim tra cc kch th c hnh hc k c o v hon cng cng trnh trong tt c cc giai on thi cng xy dng cng trnh do cc nh thu thc hin. 8.6 V tr mt bng v cao ca cc hng mc, cc cu kin hoc ca cc phn ca to nh hay cng trnh v thng ng ca chng, v tr cc bu lng neo, cc bn m cn phi c xc nh t cc im c s b tr hoc cc im nh h ng ni b.
