Camellia genus is the name of evergreen plant tea and its scientific name is Camellia Sinensis. It has thick leaves, dark green in color and strong thick stems .The colors of the flowers bloom in white or pink and the smell is really great. To grow tea it needs a temperature from 10-30 degrees Centigrade. The seeding develop in a nursery for ten months and if the tea plants is strong enough, it can continue to grow in open fields. The best way to pick the tea leaves is hand picking. The tea pickers can choose the best leaves using basket on their back. They can harvest tea from The beginning of spring and continues from May until August.
