1. Before beginning a new lesson, an activity or unit of study, think about and list down the goals and purposes that make the experience worthwhile.

3. After the activity other evaluative tools can be used, still keeping in mind the goals and purposes of the lesson.

• Teachers are planners, this is essential role of successful teaching.

• Weekly Planning will be more important and affective.• Good Planner is also flexible enough to make the necessary changes depending upon feedback from observation of the children at work within a day based on the evaluation of the teacher.
