Action Plan…
The teacher will follow split-up syllabus based on CBSE schedule.
After end of each cycle (Prose, poetry, drama and Workbook) or month there will be an assessment. The teacher will analyze and assess the slow learners and will put forward about the same to Vice Principal and Parents.
Paper Presentation Practice Tests: Paper presentation tests are conducted at least one for each term. The objective is to enable student develop impressive presentation skill as it is very important in scoring. The question paper is either previous board paper or on current syllabus
Special importance to Comprehension and Creative Writing. The cadets are assigned at least one comprehension passage or writing task in a week to strengthen their understanding of questions and ability to simplify answers in the exam.
Special importance is given to the above as they accumulate to a total of 40 – 48 of 80 marks (50% to 60%)
Special emphasis on legible handwriting and enhancing presentation skills.
The lesson is taught with meticulous discussion on key characters and analysis on themes apart from enabling them to identify the lesson and context to avoid any wrong answer.
Special emphasis to textual vocabulary is given. Key structure in the text is utilized in relating and teaching grammar.

Action Plan for Slow learners…
Narration of the Summary/ Key points: The slow learners are encouraged to narrate the summary of each lesson in their own words. The teacher will make sure the slow learner retain the theme and key point so as to enable him/her to answer any type of question.
Spellings: Spelling is taken care of with more practice and emphasis on key textual words.
Writing Skills: Writing skills are given more emphasis. Standard patterns, expressions and phrases are given for practice so that the cadets is thorough and confident. The pattern and impressive expressions will become added advantage to score good marks in the examination.
Handwriting and presentation is carefully monitored. The slow learner will be given extra care during remedial classes and necessary guidance to overcome their problems
Comprehension Answering: The slow learners have the natural tendency of rewriting the paragraph that contains the key word in the question. This type of answering does not help them. So, care is taken to help them learn the ability to answer the question with required key words or phrases.
Grammar: The grammar will be taught in inductive method from general to particular so as to make the cadet conversant with grammar and its rule to score better in the section B.

After end of each chapter there will be an assessment by the concerned subject teachers.
Every month end there will be a Hindi subject committee meetings. Based on the inputs of the meetings the masters will analyze and assess the slow learners and will put forward to Vice Principal and parents about their wards.
The bloomers will be taken extra remedial classes and necessary guidance to develop the minimum learning capsules.
Special classes will be conducted to enhance the Grammer. The assessment will be based on the CBSE sample papers
through various references.
