USESFor use on all interior and exterior stamped concrete, imprinted horizontal and vertical surfaces.

PACKAGINGConcretech Release Agent is available in 25 standard colors and an unlimited range of custom colors. Concretech Release Agent is packaged in 30 lb. (13.63 Kg.) pails and coverage is approximately 800 square feet per pail.

LIMITATIONSProtect all surfaces that are not intended to receive Release Agent. Take caution when using during windy conditions or where rapid air movement exists. Use a commercial grade detergent to facilitate the removal in unwanted areas. Never leave excess residue of Release Agent on a substrate that is to be covered with concrete or other surface finishes.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSUpon completing final troweling of integral colored or color hardenedconcrete, apply a light even coat of Concretech Release Agent over the area to be imprinted. Allow bleed water to dissipate before broadcasting Release Agent on surface. Release Agent shall be applied in one or more broadcasts. Use “hand broadcast” method applying evenly and consistently. It is generally recommended that the Release Agent be a complimentary contrasting color, usually darker than the concrete. Recommended application rate is 30 lbs. per 800 square feet. Never trowel Release Agent into the surface, as this will cause discoloration and reduce concrete strength. Do not add water to surface while imprinting over Release Agent. In some instances Release Agent may be used in conjunction with Liquid Release. Contractors should test this method and perfect their techniques before attempting installation.

Cleaning:Once concrete has set, remove excess Release Agent with soft bristle broom or vacuum or in some instances hose off with clean water. Take care not to damage the surface before concrete has reached final set. After the concrete has reached initial cure, wash the surface, scrubbingwith broom and commercial degreaser. Surface is sufficiently clean when water on the surface no longer beads. In general it is desirable to leave release color representing 10% to 30% of the final color. Finishing: All colored and imprinted concrete surfaces shall have a sealer or water repellent coating applied to protect the finish from moisture and oxidization. Apply Concretech Cure and Seal (CS-15) as soon as possible. Follow up with Concretech High Solids Sealer (CS-25 or CS- 30) after 28 days. Follow Concretech technical bulletins for applied product.

Liquid Release

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONLiquid Release is a synthetic blended, clear releasing agent used as a parting agent for imprinting tools on stamped concrete. Liquid release reduces friction providing longer life to all imprint tools. Concretech liquid release produces finishes that are different in character than Concretech release powders. The use of liquid release will increase applicator speed and does away with clean up and surface preparation prior to sealing. Liquid release is ideal for use in areas where cleaning traditional release powders is a challenge. No removal of liquid release is required prior to coloration and sealing. Test compatibility with imprint tools before using.

USESSet Retarder SR-PA is used on vertical and horizontal surfaces. For horizontal surfaces, Set Retarder SR-PA can be applied directly to freshly poured and trowelled concrete. For vertical surfaces, Set Retarder can be applied to forming materials made of wood, steel or plastic.

PACKAGINGSet Retarder SR-PA is available in One Gallon and Five Gallon plastic containers.

LIMITATIONSRetarding time may vary with temperature, humidity and concrete matrix. Concrete accelerators will inhibit the retarding. 10-20% by volume water may be added to decrease the retarding action for horizontal surfaces. Set Retarder SR-PA is more effective when water is added. Do not apply retarder when rain is anticipated within 12 hours of application, and when temperature is below 0 ºC (32ºF) and above 25 ºC (77ºF). For both horizontal and vertical applications, always conduct a test. Compressive strength prior to water flushing should be between 1,000 and 1,500 psi (6.89 and 10.34 MPa). Using Set Retader SR-PA will not prevent the ultimate hardening of concrete, but will only delay the set time.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSFor horizontal surfaces, place the concrete first; stir and apply Set Retarder SR-PA just after the surface water disappears. Set Retarder SR-PA can be brushed, rolled or sprayed with low-pressure sprayer. Protect the surface from wind, rain or overhead sun. Start to wash the surface after 12 to 24 hours when the concrete is hard enough. If the retarded depth is excessive let the concrete cure for several more hours. Retardation time is subject to many variables. Check the set retarder at different time intervals to satisfy the personal preference.

Wash the surface with water broom or a stiff broom and hose. Do not leave material on the surface. For vertical concrete surfaces, do not dilute Set Retarder SR-PA. Stir and then spray Set Retarder SR-PA to vertical surface of the forms and allow to dry before concrete is poured into the forms. For porous and absorbent surfaces like plywood, a coat of diesel oil can be applied first then let it dry to stop the retarder from penetrating. It usually takes 20 minutes to dry, but it may vary depending on the weather conditions. When the concrete has set, open the forms and hose off the surface to remove retarded surface material to reveal the exposed aggregate. Apply Concretech Acrylic Sealer CS-15 Cure & Seal to the exposed surface. Where a wet look surface is desired, apply Concretech Acrylic Sealer CS-25 28 days after placement. See Concretech Acrylic Sealers for more information. Proper pumping or suitable absorbent material can collect spills. For additional information regarding handling and disposal, please refer to MSDS of this product. Keep the product from freezing. It should be stored at temperatures between 5ºC – 20 ºC.

USESFor use on all interior and exterior stamped concrete, flat work, hard steel troweled concrete and vertical surfaces.

PACKAGINGConcretech patina acid stains are available in eleven colors. Patina acid stain is packaged in 1 gallon containers.

LIMITATIONSInspect all surfaces to ensure that they are sound, free of chloride admixtures and is free of contaminants. Existing concrete should be at least 28 days old or in the case of polymer modified topping at least 7 days old. Surface preparation and cleaning is the most important aspect in obtaining desirable results. Do not acid wash prior to application. Remove loose material, scaling and oxidized particles from surface. Existing concrete surfaces should be scrubbed with a commercial degreaser using a red or black buffer pad on a commercial floor maintainer. Thoroughly flush all residues from cleaning process and sand the surface with 100 – 150 mesh sand paper on floor maintainer. Remove all dust residues from sanding process by washing with clean water at least twice. Surfaces that have cured differently or inconsistently will result in varying shades when patina is applied. Color may vary due to temperature, concrete age, conditions while curing, profile, finishing techniques and contaminates.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSComplete a test panel on site for color approval prior to stain application. Apply patina with an airless pump up sprayer. Use extra care to ensure that the sprayer is all plastic and that there are no metal parts that can come in contact with the patina as this will start the chemical reaction and will result in weak or changed color. Apply patina lightly in 3 wide bands and scrub in directly behind spraying operation. Scrubbing will evenly spread the patina over the surface and care should be taken not to leave excess patina at edges or joint lines. Follow up immediately with second light coat over scrubbed area. Leave no puddles and always maintain a wet edge. Applicators should be consistent in their methods, application rates, dilution and techniques. Older concrete may require higher acid concentrations while newer concrete surfaces may require lower acid concentrations. For older

concrete surfaces mix one part muriatic acid with 5 parts water and use this mixture to dilute 1 to 1 or more with patina stain. For weaker color, dilute with pure water. Do not walk on wet surface. Allow the surface to dry completely before rinsing or applying more patina. Once color has developed and surface is dry it must be vigorously scrubbed to remove excess residue. Wet the surface and scrub with the red pad on floor maintainer using Concretech’s neutralizing solution. Remove scrubbed residue and rinse with clean water.

PACKAGINGNeutralizer is available in 3.78 L. / 1 Gal. and 18.9 L. / 5 Gal. Containers

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSAfter 4 - 24 hours drying time (depending on desired color richness) for Patina Stain, all residue must be completely removed and stained concrete must be neutralized. The residue can be removed by wet scrubbing with a suitable, high-quality commercial detergent using a rotary floor machine or a stiff bristle brush. The surface must be thoroughly rinsed after scrubbing until the rinse water is completely clean. Failure to completely remove all residues prior to sealing the surface will cause adhesion loss or peeling and reduced durability of the sealer. Apply a neutralizer evenly and consistently over the whole area. Start spraying using a low pressure pump spray at 30 to 100 psi. A fine nozzle will help ensure even distribution of the Neutralizer. Neutralizer can be scrubbed in using plastic bristle brushes and or mopped in. Use wet dry vacuum to remove liquid left on the floor or mop being careful to remove all white residue. Rinse well and leave to dry 24 hours. A pressure washer may also be used to remove any white residue that remains. Properly neutralized concrete surface will have a PH between 8-10. PH indicator Strips may be used to measure PH.

USESAcid Wash is used to clean the concrete and prepare it for coating and sealing applications. Acid Wash does not react with paint, sealer, wax or grease.

PACKAGINGConcretech Acid Wash is available in:3.78 L. / 1 Gal. Plastic Containers18.90 L. / 5 Gal. Plastic Containers208 L. / 55 Gal. Plastic Drums

LIMITATIONSInspect all surfaces to ensure that they are sound, free of sealer, wax or oil. Surface preparation is the most important aspect in obtaining desirable results. Remove loose materials from the surface. Existing concrete surfaces should be scrubbed with a commercial degreaser (Concretech R/A Soap) using a red or black buffer pad on a commercial floor maintainer. Surfaces that have cured differently or inconsistently poured, will etch with different intensities. The use of Acid Wash is limited to outdoor. For indoor use, all the precautionary measurements regarding ventilation, clothing and neighboring surfaces should be taken into account. Dispose the wash-offs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSSweep the floor to remove loose soil/dirt. Remove all contaminants that are preventing the Acid Wash to reach the concrete surface, such as oil, loose particles, old paint and sealer. Pre-scrub with Concretech R/A Soap to remove heavily stuck oil or grease. Dilute one part Acid Wash with four parts of water. When working with Acid Wash always

wear proper safety rubber gloves, boots and eye goggles. Add Acid Wash to the water to avoid splashing. Apply diluted Acid Wash (4:1) to a dampened concrete surface. Never apply Acid Wash solution onto dry concrete. Acid solution reacts with concrete and starts to fizz and bubble. No fizzing is the sign of sealer or contaminants on the floor, which is preventing the Acid Wash to reach to the concrete. Scrub around with a broom to spread the acid evenly. Spray Neutralizer after the acid solution stops fizzing (about 5 min.). Rinse the excess of Neutralizer and acid with cold water pressure washer before it has a chance to dry.

STORAGE AND HANDLINGAvoid breathing vapors. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Use recommended personal protective equipment. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after using this product and before eating, drinking or smoking. Keep containers closed. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, well ventilated area away from oxidizing agents and other incompatible substances. Empty containers should be completely drained and properly disposed of.

USESFor use on all interior structurally sound concrete surfaces where the natural appearance of concrete is desired with a shift in color tones.Applicators should perfect their technique(s) before starting installation.Mixing colors or layering the same colors create a different visual appearance. Discernment of these combinations and layers will become apparent as contractors become more familiar with the use, blending, layering and application techniques and methods. WaterBase Dyes are desirable for use with stains to shift the finish color and tones or blending problem acid stain areas.

LIMITATIONSUse at temperatures above 40ºF (5ºC) and below 95ºF (35ºC). Do not use over particleboard or gypsum based substrates. Prevent rapid air movement, rapid temperature changes or direct sunlight while applying. Avoid walking on the surface until dry and protect from contaminates until finish sealer applied. Water Base Dye must be finished with a high quality sealer for protection from abrasion and UV. Do not acid stain over previously dyed surface. Acid Stain may be used prior to using dye to create a naturally variegated surface.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSSubstrate shall be structurally sound, stable, clean, free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint, wax, sealers, curing compounds, laitance and drywall dust. Some surfaces may require sanding to achieve the desired finish. Water Base Dye may be diluted with plain water to provide lighter shades and tones of color and may be applied in multiple coats to achieve depth and range of color. Excess dye must be removed form the surface prior to sealing to provide maximum sealer bond to substrate. Contractors shall install an on site mock up of finished product using mixtures,

dilutions and techniques for approval by owners representative prior to installation. This mock up shall test sealer compatibility prior to installation. Keep all mixing equipment clean, mask all areas surrounding application area and prevent spillage or drips that may be very difficult to remove. Finishing: All finish concrete surfaces shall have a sealer or water repellent coating applied to protect the finish from moisture and excess abrasion. Water Base Dye may be used with acid stain. Urethane or epoxy finishes are desirable for use with dye(s).

USESFCW is used to water proof concrete structures in new constructions and restorations. It is suitable for waste water tanks, tunnels, concrete slabs, bridges, balconies and patios with light to medium traffic. FCW may be reinforced with Reinforcing Fabric in restoration works over the cracks to provide stronger and more durable bridging. It is approved for potable water tanks with continuous immersion.

PACKAGINGFCW is a two component material consisting of bagged, pre-mixed cement based mortar and a liquid polymer.

LIMITATIONSDo not apply to poor quality substrate. Do not use FCW when ambient temperature is less than 3oC (40oF) or more than 35oC (95oF) or when temperature is expected to fall below 2oC (36oF) during the first 48 hours after installation. Material and substrate may be conditioned to increase the temperatures to the required range. Maintain the temperature for at least 72 hours. Uncured FCW exposed to sunshine and shade will create different curing pattern and hardened FCW may not perform as expected.

Concrete surface should be free from any hydrostatic pressure. There are many methods to determine rate of water vapour transmission. Contact Concretech Technical Services if rate of water vapour transmission of the substrate exceeds 5 lbs per 1,000 sq.ft. per 24 hours. Contact Concretech technical services regarding concrete moisture and ways to control it.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSAll concrete surfaces to receive FCW shall be clean, free of oil, grease, dirt, efflorescence, excess moisture and foreign matter. Concrete surface should be sound, dimensionally stable, fully cured at least 28 days and free from hydrostatic pressure. Clean with commercial degreaser and rinse with plain water. Apply two coats steel primer on any exposed reinforcing steel.

Fill any open cracks longer than 2 mm (80 mils) with patching materials. For cracks less than 1/8” apply a thin coat of FCW 15- 25 cm (6- 10 “) wide, over the crack and lay Reinforcing Fabric on the wet FCW and

tamper in. Apply a second coat of FCW to completely cover the fibre. The amount of total FCW on the crack should not exceed 2mm (80 mils) thick.

Always install test areas to ensure compatibility of the FCW with the substrate, bond strength and the performance. A 16 Kg. (35.3 lb) bag of FCW Powder Component A combined with 4.8 L (5.07 US quarts) Component B polymer covers 90.0 square feet at 1.3 mm (50 mils). Two coats are required for optimum performance.

Mix one bag of FCW powder Component A with the entire contents of FCW Liquid Component B. Mix to a fluid, homogenous state. When poured on the floor mixed material flows very well and provides uniform coverage. FCW Powder Component A should be added gradually while stirring. Use a high speed drill to mix the material at about 600 rpm for 2 to 3 minutes. Lumps will form if FCW Powder is added suddenly into the liquid. Do not over mix. Moving the mixer up and down during the mixing process could cause air entrainment. Air pockets in the mud could shorten the working time and cause pin holing during application and curing. Pour the mud on the prepared substrate evenly. Wet mix on the substrate should flow and level by itself. Shortly after placing the wet mix, use a Gauge Rake to unify to a desired depth and then finish with a brush. FCW can also be applied using trowel or brush on smaller areas. A hopper gun with suitable spray nozzle may be used for faster and more uniform application. When spraying, brushing may be needed to avoid pinholes.

A second coat should be applied within 10-15 minutes, depending on temperature and relative humidity. It is important to apply the second coat not later than 15 minutes after the first coat. If application of the second coat takes longer, it may not bond well to the first coat. Full cure is 5 hours at 23oC (73oF).

Properly mixed FCW should not show any sign of bleed water or phase separation. Work as a team to provide continuous flow of wet mix in a large area. Fresh application must be protected from rain, intense sunlight and strong wind for 12 hours. Avoid walking on the surface for at least 7 hours after installation of FCW. Temperature and humidity play important role on curing and hardening. Do not drive a fork lift over for at least 48 hours after installation. Tools can be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Flex CementPositive and Negative Side Waterproof Coating

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONFlexible Cement Waterproofing (FCW) is an elastomeric, polymer modified cement based membrane for waterproofing concrete structures on the negative and positive side. It is highly flexible, and will bridge concrete cracks of up to 1/8”. FCW provides a fast cure and excellent elongation even in extreme cold weather.

A smooth, glass like surface will result when finished with diamond polish.

BENEFITSCan re-surface existing concrete and install treatments to create a decorative concrete finish.

PACKAGING22.7 kg (50 lb) bags.

LIMITATIONSFor interior use only.

PREPARATIONSAll concrete surfaces to receive SLO shall be clean, free of oil, grease, dirt, efflorescence, drywall residue, excess moisture and foreign matter. Concrete surface should be sound, dimensionally stable, fully cured at least 28 days and free from hydrostatic pressure. Clean with commercialdegreaser and rinse with plain water. Allow to fully dry before priming. Fill the holes, cracks with appropriate joint filler. Use patching materials to fill deep cracks or holes. Prime all surfaces with at least two coats of Concretech Ultrabond Topping Primer. Primer should be touch dry between coats and dried clear before applying topping.Always install test areas to ensure compatibility of the SLO with the substrate, bond strength and the performance of primer and topping system. Porous concrete substrates may require epoxy bonding primer such as Concretech Ultrabond 700 for better performance.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSMix one bag of SLO with the required amount of water. Use a proper mixing container, pour 5.25 L (5.55 US qts) clean, cold potable water. Add one bag (50 lb or 22.7 kg) of SLO powder while stirring. Use high speed drill to mix at about 800 rpm for two to three minutes to a homogeneous, lump-free and consistent mud. Pour the mud on the prepared substrate evenly. Do not over mix. Moving the mixer up

and down during the mixing process could cause air entrainment. Air pockets in the mud could shorten the working time and cause pin-holing during application and curing. Do not bridge expansion joints and control joints. Pour wet fluid on the substrate, it should flow and level by itself. Shortly after placing the wet mix, use a Gauge Rake to unify to a desired depth and Smoother (Leveller) to obtain an even surface. Working time is 10 minutes. Depending on humidity, it takes 5 hours at 23ºC (73ºF) to harden and is ready to accept sealer or any other coloring applications. Properly mixed SLO should not show any bleed water or phase separation. Work as a team to provide continuousflow of wet mix in a large area. This will help the uniformity of the surface. Pour SLO in a ribbon pattern while maintaining a wet edge. If a wet edge cannot be maintained, reduce the width of the pour. Avoid walking on the surface for at least 5 hours after installation. Room temperature and humidity play important roles on curing and hardening. Protect the SLO from traffic, dirt and dust until sealer or coating has been applied. Do not drive a fork lift over the surface for at least 48 hours after installation. Full cure is obtained in 10 days at 23ºC (70ºF).

PACKAGINGCure & Seal – Water Base is available in 18.9 L. / 5 Gal. plastic containers.

LIMITATIONSAll membrane curing compounds and bond breakers must be removed to ensure penetration and maximum chemical resistance. Apply when concrete temperatures are above 5ºC (40ºF) and rising. Concrete must be free of contaminants, dry and structurally sound. Remove all surface laitance . Two thin coats produce better film protection than one thick coat. For other methods please contact Concretech Technical. Services. Avoid ponding. Cure & Seal – Water Base should not be applied to any surface that has already been treated with compounds that might prevent penetration (e.g. paint, oil).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSThe concrete surface should be wetted and scrubbed with soap or other cleaning compounds. The abrasive action removes the film of consolidated dirt and exposes the true wearing surface. The surface should then be scrubbed again with soapy water. To get the best penetration the floor should be allowed to dry for a minimum of 24 hours, depending on atmosphere humidity. Do not dilute Cure & Seal –Water Base, use it as it is. Each gallon covers 400 square feet of concrete with one coat. Cure & Seal may be applied with a brush, squeegee, low-pressure sprayer, or scrubbing machine.

Dispose the wash-offs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C (50°F)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSSurfaces should be clean, dry and sound. Remove surface laitance. Application can be done with spray, short knap roller, squeegee or brush. May be thinned up to 5% with water if required. Two thin coats are better than one thick coat. First coat should touch dry and

clear before applying second coat. The surface needs light sanding if recoated after 24 hours. Damp concrete floors will get wet faster and achieve better adhesion.

STORAGE AND HANDLINGStorage: Shelf life of one-year from date of manufacture in protected area at 5ºC - 30ºC (40-85ºF). Store in a dry place.

Handling: Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Wash hands thoroughly after handling and before eating or drinking. Keep away from children. See MSDS for additional information.

ADVANTAGESWater clear high gloss finish Long pot life, rapid dryingTenacious BondOdor-freeExtremely good abrasion resistance

USESDecaThane 200 is a high performance sealer for industrial/commercial finishing applications. A 5-mil (wet) coat will optimize bond with the concrete surface and create a coating with excellent chemical resistance. DecaThane 200 can also be used on commercial and residential concrete floors because of its high stain resistance and flexibility while maintaining film hardness.

PACKAGINGDecaThane 200 part A 2.838 L. / 0.75 Gal.DecaThane 200 part B 0.946 L. / 0.25 Gal.DecaThane 200 Mixture 3.78 L. / 1 Gal. kits

LIMITATIONSDecaThane 200 is a high performance coating and must be installed by persons familiar with coating systems. Test compatibility with substrates prior to application. Use caution when sealing over acid stained floors to ensure that acid/salts are fully neutralized.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSConcrete should have achieved full cure. Surfaces must be clean, dry and sound. Remove surface laitance. Pour part B into part A under agitation and mix until a uniform white paste is obtained. Always maintain 3A:1B by volume ratio when mixing part batches. The pot lifeof the mixed product is 1.0 hour at 20ºC (70 ºF). After 1.0 hour the mixture may look unchanged but the components have already reactedand will not form a high quality film. High temperature and larger batches will reduce the pot life. Do not re-seal any container that has mixed sealer, as CO2 gas will generate creating pressure in the container. For best application, flow and penetration DecaThane 200 should be diluted with water after thorough mixing of, part A and part B. One (1.0) part by volume of water can be added and mixed to one (1.0) part by volume of A+B mixture. Always apply a test patch prior to installation to rule out incompatibility, adhesion and application issues. Best adhesion is obtained by applying DecaThane 200 in two coats, primer and topcoat layers. The primer can be made by mixing 5.0 parts(by volume) A with 1.0 part (by volume) B, mix to a uniform paste and then dilute with 3.0 parts by volume of water. Always maintain 3 to 1 by volume for the topcoat and 5 to 1 by volume ratio for the primer. DecaThane 200 may be applied by brush; roller or sprayer at recommended film thickness of 5.0 mils wet and about 1 mil dry. One gallon diluted DecaThane 200 will cover 480 to 640 sqft depending on surface porosity. Allow 1.5 hours to tack free at 20°C (70 ºF). Open to light foot traffic at 8 hours and open to heavy traffic in 3 days. The floor may be recoated or top coated after 2-4 hours.

STORAGEStorage: Shelf life @ 20°C (70°F) is six months from date of manufacture provided that both components are kept in their original containers and unopened.

USESUltraBond 680 is very resistant to a wide range of chemicals and performs extremely well under abrasive and high impact conditions. UltraBond 680 adheres tenaciously to both concrete and steel. Spectacular results can be obtained where dramatic visual impact is desired: showrooms, airport hangers, factories, pulp mills, chemical plants, agriculture and food preparation, containment areas.

PACKAGINGUltraBond 680 is available in virtually any color.Ultrabond 680 Part A is 7.56 L. / 2 Gal.Ultrabond 680 Part B is 3.78 L. / 1 Gal.Ultrabond 680 Part A+B 11.34 L. / 3 Gal. Kits.

LIMITATIONSConcrete must be free of contaminants, dry and structurally sound. Preferred method is by shot blasting. For other methods please contact Concretech Technical Services. In severe service and retrofit applications, prime floor with UltraBond 400. Chase non-moving cracks and fill with Expoy repair. For larger spalls produce a blend of UltraBond 680 and specific grades of silica. A very limited number of cementitious grouts are suitable on larger patches. Contact Concretech Technical Services for details and technical bulletins on any of the above products. Steel should be clean to white metal, but in most cases a commercial blast is adequate. The minimum profile expected on steel is 1 mil.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSPre-mix Part A, taking care to scrape the sides of pail with a paint stick. Then add Part B and mix for 2 min. Mix only amount that can be used within the 30 min pot life and maintain the 2A:1B ratio by volume. No induction time necessary. Do not add thinners. Do not apply UltraBond680 on damp surfaces (prime with UltraBbond 400 first) or at temperatures below 5°C (40°F). The product does not blush and can be re-coated anytime. A light sanding is required if floor has been in service. If floor is primed with UltraBond 400 or with thicker overlays, out-gassing is not a problem. UltraBond 680 flows out very well. With thin overlays and applicators unfamiliar with UltraBond 680, apply a thin prime coat and allow out gassing to dissipate: then recoat. At 20°C(68°F), UltraBond 680 can be re-coated and/or ready for foot traffic overnight. UltraBond 680 is ideal for high build, vertical and anti skid applications.

STORAGEShelf life of one year from date of manufacture in protected area at 5-40°C (40-104°F).

USESConcretech WBW Cure is used to chemically cure concrete immediately after finishing operations. Concretech WBW Cure can be used on any concrete structure that may be exposed to light source that can cause uneven hydration of the concrete structure. Concretech WBW Cure is typically used in hot weather conditions on exterior slabs like walkways, curbs and gutters, concrete intersections, bridges and airport tarmacs. Concretech WBW Cure increases the durability of the concrete structure by minimizing the temperature differential between the surface and rest of the slab and by creating a continuous film that maintains the moisture in the concrete matrix that is critical for hydration.

PACKAGINGAvailable in 18.9 Litre (5 US Gallon) pails and 205 Litre (45 Imperial Gallon) drums.

LIMITATIONSDo not apply WBW Cure to base slabs that will have other flooring or coatings installed. Concretech Resin Cure is more appropriate for these applications.
