DESCRIPTIONKrystol Plug is a fast setting powder that, when mixed to a stiff-dough consistency with water, may be used to immediately

arrest the seepage or ow of water through concrete voids. Krystol Plug is used to stop owing water, allowing waterproongrepair to be installed in leaking cracks, holes, joints or any place where water is penetrating a concrete structure.

APPLICATIONFor use as part of the Krystol Crack Repair System, read and distribute Application Instruction 5.11

Waterproong Cracks, Holes and Joints before using this product. Mix Krystol Plug to a suitable putty consistency

that can be held in your hand (wear gloves) -approximately 4 parts powder to 1 part clean water by volume. Mix only theamount of material that can be applied within one minute. After the Krystol Plug putty has been adequately kneaded into

a uniform texture, immediately press it rmly into the cracks and crevices to be sealed using maximum pressure but withminimum back and forth motion or rubbing. Air and surface temperatures must be at least 4 C (40 F).

LIMITATIONSKrystol Plug is effective for rigid structures only and may not reliably seal cracks that experience variable loading or repeatedmovement. Consult a Kryton representative for project specic recommendations.

mixed with water or perspiration. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Avoid breathing dust. Wear long sleeves, safety goggles andimpervious gloves.

SHELF LIFEKrystol Plug has a minimum shelf life of 24 months for unopened pails, and 4 months for properly resealed pails.

Because methodsand conditions of use are beyond the control of Kryton, no guarantee, expressed or implied can be given as to the resultsof application. Liability of Kryton shall be limited to replacement of materials proved defective or, at its option, refund of the

purchase price of the product.
