Processing time (open time)
approx. 30 minutes (at 20 °C)
Higher temperatures will shorten the open time, lower temperatures will
prolong the open time.
Method of Application
SC-AwaTec® „repro“ can be applied manually as well as in a wet spraying
process or centrifugal process.
For manual application of SC-AwaTec® „repro“, a bond coating of high plastic
consistency has to be prepared. This is then worked into the pre-wetted surface
by means of a wide paint brush or broom.
Post-treatment
The surface coated with SC-AwaTec® „repro“ has to be protected against
premature drying out by draught and heat. Post-treatment should last at least 7
days and correspond to DWA-M 143-17.
Suitable post-treatment measures are fabric covering, plastic film, keeping the
surface moist, or suitable curing agents.
Safety instructions
Please observe the safety instructions and recommendations to be taken from
the SC-AwaTec® Material Safety Data Sheet.
