1) Wasserdichtigkeit: Unter Wasserdichtigkeit versteht man jene Eigenschaft von Materialien, von Bauteilen, komplexeren Geräten oder der Kleidung, die das Eindringen von Wasser ausreichend verhindert. Etwas völlig wasserdicht zu machen ist möglich, aber unwirtschaftlich bzw. hat andere Nachteile. Unser Begriff „wasserdicht“ bezieht sich auf üblichen Regen und orientiert sich an DIN 3810 bzw. ISO 2281. Sie bezieht sich nicht auf völlige Dichtigkeit gegen Starkregen oder sonstige extreme Witterungseinflüsse.

1) Water resistance: Under Water resistance is understood that quality of materials, components, complex devices or clothing that sufficiently prevents the ingress of water. To do something completely waterpro-of is possible, but uneconomical or has other drawbacks. Our term "waterproof" refers to the usual rain and is geared to DIN 3810 or ISO 2281. It does not refer to absolute tightness against heavy rain or other extreme weather conditions.

Wasserdichtes Montage-System für unsere ModulePremium Befestigung mit Aluprofil F und dünnem EPDM an allen 4 Seiten. Nur geringe Kanten 3 mm. Guter Wasserabfluss. Wasserdicht 1) bei Silikonab-dichtung der Ecken.

Waterproof mounting system for our modulesPremium mounting with aluminum profile F and thin EPDM on all 4 sides. Only slight edges of 3 mm. Good water drainage. Waterproof 1) with silicone sea-ling of the corners.

Chart of aluminium profilesFor the construction specifically designed alu-minum profiles are used which have been pro-duced by extrusion process. For its development a maximum lifting capacity is being added at the lowest possible weight basis. They are coated with a particularly hard and thick anodized layer. There-fore they are almost indestructible and need not be painted or dealt with in any other way in decades. Our suppliers are exclusively certified producers from Germany.

Übersicht der AluminiumprofileFür die Konstruktion werden speziell entwickelte Aluminiumprofile verwendet, die im Extrusionsver-fahren hergestellt wurden. Für deren Entwicklung wurde eine maximale Tragkraft bei möglichst gerin-gem Gewicht zu Grunde gelegt. Diese werden mit einer besonders harten und dicken Eloxalschicht versehen. Sie sind daher fast unverwüstlich und müssen selbst in Jahrzehnten weder gestrichen noch anderweitig behandelt werden. Bei unseren Zulieferern handelt es sich ausschließlich um zertifi-zierte Qualitätszulieferer aus dem deutschen Raum.
