Wate r shall be supplied to the steam cleaner-preuure wuher unit from 1 clean water supply. Valves and pumps shall be operated manually. 6 . 1 The equipment decontami nation fac ility shall be ca= constructed as shown on the deli9n dnwi n91. The Contractor shall renOYite and ezpand the eaisting uphalt pad which shall be used for cletnino all contaminated equi~NMnt. The facility shall be enclosed by 1 sphah curtain to contain splnhln9 durin9 eleanin9 operations .

6.2 The facility ahall control and collect all water generated dur i n9 equipment decontamination . The 91nention of water ahtll be kept to a mini111.1m . Collected w1Ur shtll be dhpoaed of with the conttminated 1oil.

6 . 3 Sedimentation berrien as identified in the technicll specifications shall be utilized t o minirni&e erosion fr om the run - off of unconttminated wtter .
