Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema „Lehren und Lernen im Betrieb“. Dabei sollen didaktische und lernpsychologische Fragen Vorrang vor systemischen haben. Die Grundfrage des Seminars lautet also: „Wie lernen Erwachsene in beruflichen Kontexten und wie muss daher gelehrt werden ?“ Im Mittelpunkt werden demnach der Lernbegriff, Lernformen, Stoffreduktion, Mediengestaltung, Methodenlehre und Lehrverhalten stehen.

• Projektorientierte Führung als Aufgabe des Topmanagements

• Prozessmodelle im Projektmanagement

• Nutzenbewertung von Projekten und Projektanträgen

• Strategisches Ressourcenmanagement im Multiprojektumfeld

• Ansätze des Multiprojektcontrolling

• Evaluation von Projektmanagement Reifegrad-Modellen

Die Übung befasst sich mit den wesentlichen Managementaufgaben in den unterschiedlichen Phasen der Projektabwicklung. Dabei werden insbesondere die Methoden der Projektplanung und des Projektcontrollings anhand einer praxisnahen Fallstudie vertieft. Zum Einsatz kommt hierbei das Projektmanagement-Tool Microsoft Project, dessen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten die Studenten im Laufe der Veranstaltung kennen lernen sollen.

Im Seminar werden ausgewählte Fragestellungen aus den Themenbereichen der Vorlesung, d.h. hinsichtlich des operativen und strategischen Projektmanagements, weiter vertieft. Ziel für die Studierenden ist es, selbstständig einen Sachverhalt zu erarbeiten und zu durchdrungen, und die Ergebnisse dieses Prozesses in einer wissenschaftlichen Form zusammenzufassen (Seminararbeit) und darzustellen (Präsentation).

Prinzip: Anstelle einer „großen“ Fachprüfung über alle Teilgebiete eines Fachs werden die Leistungen

begleitend zum Studium erbracht

Die Anmeldung zu einer Portfolioprüfung muss spätestens vor Eintritt in die erste bewertungsrelevante

Leistung – in der Regel in den ersten 6 Wochen (bis zum 31.05.2015) der Vorlesungszeit – erfolgen!

Vorlesungen werden mit einer Klausur, Übungen und Seminare veranstaltungsbegleitend abgeprüft.

Die Abmeldung kann nur

- über einen Antrag an den Prüfungsausschuss (DPA) und

- unter der Bedingung erfolgen, dass noch keine Leistungsbestandteile erbracht wurden (Nachweis

über Bescheinigung des TIM-Lehrstuhls)

- Wiederholung einer Portfolioprüfung ist nur möglich, wenn die Modulnote schlechter als 4,0 ist. In

diesem Fall muss die gesamte Portfolioprüfung wiederholt werden.
