TECO Metal Products uses

all of our processes. All parts are laser cut on one of

our three lasers for

unparalleled cut quality.

We put as much effort into packaging and shipping as we do in building a quality product. When shipping large knock down roof curbs, the pieces are bundled in the order of assembly. This means no more need to spread all the pieces out looking for the first piece needed to start the curb assembly

We take the time to preassemble all of our roof curbs prior to shipping. This eliminates missing or misaligned sections. All curbs are shipped with complete assembly details, all hardware is boxed and labeled. TECO is the only roof curb company that offers on site assistance for larger projects usually at no additional costs.

Roof curb adapters make up 70% of our business. From 3 to 130 ton units, we have more hands on experience than most other companies. Our techs spend more time in the field working with contractors. We listen to the contractors and use this information to build a better product.

Where blank-off panels exceed 18”, we incorporate a “hip” for positive water runoff. This design adds strength as well and is designed to withstand live loads up to 300 lbs.

TECO Metal Products has the solution for Multi-Zone replacements. Our Simple Zone system is shipped complete with S/A dampers, R/A bypass, all actuators and control panel. It truly is a plug and play solution.

The “Simple Zone” by TECO is a one piece assembled plenum

with integrated dampers, actuators

and full control system. Available in up to six zones, this

package makes small office zoning a snap. The same package can be applied to a

retrofit job where we install the bypass in

the curb adapter, then the installer cuts back the existing S/A and attaches the plenum and reattaches the

ducts.

The “Stealth” Vibration isolation roof curb incorporates 1” thru 4” deflection isolators for maximum performance. Our unique design eliminates the need for the contractor to install flimsy rubber weather seal. Each isolator has an access portal for easy loading.

Seismic Construction Wind Restraints

TECO manufacturers its own vibration isolation rail systems in house, no 3rd party rails. This allows us to control costs and lead times. Our rail system includes bump stops and wind restraints. This system can be added to existing curbs or factory installed on curbs or adapters.

Our Isolation rail can be used on both small unit curbs and roof curb adapters. Factory installation includes full air seal in S/A and

R/A sections.

The “Pit-Bull” cage is

designed to be a visual

deterrent to would be

thieves. Alarm systems only work once the

damage is done and are often

not monitored. Our design

incorporates sliding panels

for 100% service access. Each panel is

pad locked and keyed alike. All

cages are powder coated.

Providing solutions is what we do best. New standards requiring FAI to be a minimum of 36” off finished roof makes service access a problem. TECO can design service access for any situation. All are built to OSHA standards and engineer certified.

In 2011 we introduced unit screen wall systems for rooftop equipment. These lightweight enclosures are simple to install, powder coated to customer specifications and offer easy service access via sliding panels.

At TECO we are always trying to improve our designs based on customer feedback. Our filter extensions feature a unique design that eliminates the need for hard to reach hold down clips. Our design uses a hinged frame to compress the filter and eliminate bypass.
