At TEEG we believe i the

    stregth o iterwove relatio-

ships. Just as the textile mills

gave birth to our regio, ad

    the workig eighborhoods

gave rise to our commuities, our agec gives comort to the

    amilies, childre ad seiors

that call the Quiet Corer home.

We are all coected, ad we

are grateul or the parters that

    support us i our work.

We are weavers cratig a abric

    o commuit. Our work begis

    with the thoughtul ad

    geerous orgaizatios ad

    idividuals who provide us with

the raw materials -- the resources

we eed to provide services to

    our commuit. Uder the

    careul guidace o the TEEG

Board o Directors, those re-sources are spu like ar to be

    stretched ad kitted together.

Our dedicated sta the set to

    weavig together programs that

    provide the warmth ad comort

    that empowers idividuals,

    stregthes amilies ad uites

    our commuit.

    A r

i, P Pop Hrlt AkowgeeThe 2008 Aual Report is the result o the creative eorts o old rieds ad ew parters. We are

ideed ortuate that Mar A ad Kle Dostaler o MAD Commuicatios were oce agai willig

to serve as TEEGs commuicatios cosultats. Uder their directio, words ad images are brought

together i a meaigul wa to tell our stor.

We also are grateul or the ew relatioships established with Laura Moorehead o Agell House Desigs

i Cetral Village ad Mike Berier o Express Photo i Putam. A aual report is just a compilatio o

ames ad umbers, acts ad fgures util it is give the color, texture ad depth o the artists perspective.

Our appreciatio also goes out to Robert ad Susa Vicet or allowig us to use their propert as the

backdrop oce agai to tell our stor. Ad lastl, our thaks go to the woderul team at Kerri Graphics

i Dudle, Mass. Their dedicated team o pritig proessioals has worked with us to help get out the

    TEEG stor sice 2000.

Because o geerous cotributios o time, talet ad resources like these, TEEG is able to weave a

cloth large eough ad warm eough to serve our missio.

DdonWe dedicate this ears aual report to Robert Dea III. We ca thik o o better example o how theabric o commuit is wove together tha this oug ma ad his amil. Robert chose TEEG as the

recipiet o his Eagle Scout project. With the help o his parets, Lisa ad Robert Dea Jr., alog with his

rieds ad ellow Scouts rom Troop 30 ad their amilies, he built a much eeded storage shed or TEEG.

Robert ad his support team raised all uds eeded to complete the project ad worked tirelessl to build

a woderul structure. The space i our buildig is limited, ad we utilize ever square oot ad the some.

The utilit shed is helpig to house ad protect the tools we use to maitai our commuit gardes as well

as providig some much eeded storage space or our programs.

Maser CrferWe shear, we wash, we card, we spi, we pl. We ta, we kit, we crochet, we weave,

we elt. At TEEG, we lear whatever skills we eed to ad do whatever it takes to weave

the abric o commuit. The product o our work is used to clothe a eighbor i eed,

provide warmth to a amil who is cold, wrap carig arms aroud a seior who is aloe,

or provide a et to catch a adolescet who is at risk o allig through the cracks.

TEEG was ouded 21 ears ago with the missio to empower people to attai their

highest level o livig ad make our commuit a better place or everoe. Each ear, we

rededicate ourselves to reach more people, provide more services ad touch more lives.

like to thak each ad ever member who has cotributed to our cotiued success.
