Young people spend more time watching TV, playing computer games and always texting on FB than running, workout or playing foodball.Most of people are going to fast food, which is not healthy.

We need to be clean(take a shower, brush teeth, wash hair….)

Always going to the dentist, always going to the hairdresser…

Don’t start smoking. People that smoke live, on average, 7-10 years less than non-smokers. It’s hard to give up smoking, so it’s best if you don’t’ start in the first place.

Other people’s smoke is also bad for you, so try to avoid places that are smoky.

We need to eat lot of fruit and vegetables because they have lot of vitamine. People who eat lot of fruit and vegetables are healthier. The most vitamines have:saverkraut, lemon, orange, meat…

People who eats not healthy food are fat, often are sick and have a problem with health.

Not healthy food is :fast food, candy, carbonated drinks,…
