• The economy of the city at this time is based on the trade of fruit and vegetables grown in the gardens of the city, fed by streams from the river Elbourz.

Iran is an Islamic city, so has lots of religious places for worship of the Qur'an,

such as the SoltaniMosque.

Torre de Azadi

• The Azadi Tower is the most representative monument of the city is the emblem of modernization. Inside the tower there is a small archaeological museum and a gazebo for viewing with amplitude Tehran Azadi Square and the famous. It was built in 1971 for the 2500th anniversary of the Persian empire.
