THE PROCEDURES OF ARTICLE SUBMISSION
FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND
ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCIENTIFIC JURNAL
(JURNAL MANAJEMEN DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN)
The submission of articles for the Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific
Jurnal (Jurnal Manajemen dan Kewirausahaan) should comply with the following
procedures:
1. The article submitted should include the following three parts which are
made separately:
a) A letter of conveyance for the article which contains the title of the
article, the name of all the authors, the authors’ affiliations, the
complete home address and office address (street, city, zip code,
country), phone or cellular phone number, email address, and category
of the article (human resources management, marketing management,
financial management, operational/production management, strategic
management, and entrepreneurship),
b) The article (which should comply with the writing guidelines).
c) A statement of authenticity and submission of article’s copyright.
2. The soft copy of the article should be emailed to the Editors of the
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal of the Department of
Management, Faculty of Economics, Petra Christian University, with the email
address: [email protected] or registered and sent to the official
website of the Management and Scientific Jurnal at
http://www.jmk.petra.ac.id.
3. The hard copy of the article should be sent to the Editors of the
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal of the Department of
Management, Faculty of Economics, Petra Christian University, in the following
address: Gedung T, Ruang T 205, Jalan Siwalankerto 121-131, Surabaya
60236, Indonesia.
4. The articles submitted will have to pass the initial selection process
performed by the editors. The editors will give information via email
whether an article passes the initial selection process or is refused.
5. An article which has passed the initial selection process will have to go
through the observation process. If the article is declared satisfactory, it
will be published in the Jurnal. If an article is declared unsatisfactory, it

will be returned to the sender to be revised in accordance with the
observation form.

SCIENTIFIC JURNAL
In managing the Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, the
editors should comply with the following steps:
1. Article acceptance and initial selection process
The article accepted includes letter of conveyance, statement of
authenticity and submission of copyright, and the article itself.
The article accepted will be distributed to members of the editors who are
expert in the article’s subject matter, for initial selection process. This
process will take one week at the most.
Originality check will be performed through the internet
(scholar.google.com) to ascertain that the article has never been published
before.
Plagiarism check will be performed using plagiarism software.
When it is certain that the article has never been published before and free
from plagiarism, the article can proceed to the observation process, or the
other way round.
The file of the article will be saved in the database of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder “Articles from Authors” with
the file name “article number. name of author_title of article”
The title of the article and the author’s identity will be registered in folder
“Data Recapitulation”.
2. Blind review
For blind review observation, the editors will distribute the article,
Observation Form and Observation Guidelines of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal without the author’s identity to two
observers who are expert in the article’s subject matter. The observation
process takes two weeks at the most.
The file of blind review article is saved in the database of the Management
and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder “Blind Review” with the
file name “article number. title of article”.
Observation request letter and Observation Form are made according to
observers and title of the article.
Observation request letter is saved in the database of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder “Observation Request Letter”

which is inside folder “Outgoing Mail” with the file name “letter number.
observer’s name_title of article”.
The Observation Form will be saved in the database of the Management
and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder “Observation Form”
which is inside folder “Outgoing Mail” with the file name “observation
form_title of article”.
The blind review data, observation request letter, and observation form is
registered in “Data Recapitulation” and “Recapitulation Table of
Outgoing Mail”.
3. The process of corrections, recommendations, and revisions.
Based on the recommendations of the observers, the editors will make the
decision to accept or refuse an article.
If two observers recommend to “accept” an article, the editors will sent
correction notes to the author for revising the article.
If two observers recommend to “refuse” an article, the editors will not
process the article further, and this will be informed to the author via
email, accompanied by the reasons of refusal given by the observers.
If one observer recommends to “refuse” an article while the other observer
recommends to “accept with revision”, then the editors will invite a third
observer to make a blind review.
If the third observer recommends to “refuse” the article, the editors will
not process the article further, and this will be informed to the author via
email, accompanied by the reasons of refusal given by the observers. If the
third observer recommends to “accept the article with revision”, the
editors will sent correction notes to the author for revising the article.
The file of the observation result in the form of Observation Form is saved
with the file name “observer’s name_title of article” in the database of the
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder
“Observation Result Form”.
The file of the observation result in the form of Correction Notes is saved
with the file name “observer’s name_title of article” and “correction
notes_title of article” in the database of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, in folder “Observation Result” and
“Correction for the Author”.
The observation result and its date of delivery to author is registered in
“Recapitulation Data”. The revision process takes two weeks at the most.
4. The process of author’s revision and verification by observers
After accepting the revision from the author, the article is examined to see
whether it complies with the observer’s corrections.

If the revision complies with the observer’s corrections, it will be sent to
the observer accompanied by Verification Form to be verified.
If the revision does not comply with the observer’s corrections, the author
will be requested to revise his/her article again according to the correction
notes previously given by the observer.
The Verification Form is saved in folder “Verification Form” which is in
folder “Outgoing Mails” with the file name “verification form_title of
article”.
This data is registered in “Data Recapitulation”.
5. The process of observer’s verification and finalization
After the observer’s verification is obtained, an article that is declared
“revised” will go through a final review by the editors, in order to comply
it with the writing guidelines of the Management and Entrepreneurship
Scientific Jurnal. The verification process takes one week at the most.
For an article that is declared “not revised”, the notes of the verification
will be sent to the author for revising his/her article again.
The verification result in the form of Verification Form is saved in folder
“Verification Result Form” with the name “observer’s name_title of
article” and the verification result in the form of correction notes is saved
in folder “Verification Result” with similar name.
The data is registered in “Data Recapitulation”.
6. The preparation for printing process
If the article has complied with the guidelines of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, it is ready for printing.
An article that is ready for printing is saved in folder “Article Ready for
Printing” with the name “OK_title of article”.
The ready for printing article is given publication date and registered in
Data Recapitulation.
For ready for printing articles, the editors will make letters of thanks for
the author and for the observers, certification as observer and jurnal
distribution letter.
An author whose article is published in the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal will receive two exemplars of jurnal
dan three individual printings which will be sent together will the letter of
thanks. Besides that, the author is requested to subscribe to the
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal for minimally ten
publications.

WRITING GUIDELINES OF THE MANAGEMENT
AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCIENTIFIC
JURNAL
The article should correspond with the subject of management and/or
entrepreneurship which is the result of researches (quantitative or qualitative) or
conceptual studies. The article must never be, and is not being, in the process of
publication of any media. The article should be written in accordance with the following
writing guidelines. This writing guidelines consists of two parts, namely writing format
and writing systematics.
A. WRITING FORMAT
1. Typing
The article should be typed using the Microsoft Word program, in Times New
Roman letters with the size of 12 pt, double spaced (before = 0 pt, after = 0 pt). The
paper size is A4. The boundary of upper, lower, and side margins are 3 cm.
The article’s length is around 20 – 25 pages (not including references and
attachments).
The article should be written in good and correct Indonesian or English –
American English.
2. Writing the article
a) Title
Title of the article is written on the first page.
Title in Indonesian should contain 14 words at the most, while title in English
should contain 12 words at the most.
The title should contain the keywords of research results and avoid the
following terms: analysis, influence, relationship, study, case study, impact,
role.
The title should be written in bold capital letters, with a letter size of 14 pt,
double spaced and centered. If there is an additional title which belongs to the
main title, the additional title is written after the main title, in capital letters and
separated from the main title by a colon.
b) Author’s identity
Author’s identity is written on the first page, in regular (not bold) Times New
Roman letter, with a letter size of 12 pt.
The author’s name is written without academic degree and last name must not
be abbreviated.

The author’s identity should be accompanied with instution’s name and
institution’s address (street name, city, zip code, country), and email address.
If there are more than one authors, the identity of the other author(s) should be
written completely.
c) Abstract
The abstract is written on the second page.
The abstract should be written in one paragraph, single spaced, in Times New
Roman letter with a size of 12 pt.
The length of the abstract should not exceed 120 words and accompanied by
three to five keywords.
The abstract and keywords are written in two languages (Indonesian and
English).
The keywords are written in Italics, in regular letters with a capital at the
beginning of the first keyword and ended with a period.
For articles in Indonesian, the abstract and the keywords in Indonesian are
written uprightly, while the abstract and keywords in English are written in
italics.
For articles in English, the abstract and keywords in English are written
uprightly, while the abstract and keywords in Indonesian are written in italics.
d) Writing the Sub-title
The main article starts on the third page.
Sub-title (level 1) is written uprightly in bold letters, with a capital letter at the
beginning of each word, and centered.
Sub-sub-title (level 2) is written in bold italics, with a capital letter at the
beginning of each word, and centered.
Sub-sub-sub-title (level 3) is written in bold italics, with a capital letter at the
beginning of each word, and left aligned.
Sub-sub-sub-sub-title (level 4) is written in regular italics, with a capital letter
at the beginning of paragraph and ended with a period.
Conjuctive and preposition in each level is not written in capital letters.
e) Presenting Tables
A Table is presented in the attachment which comes after the page containing
the list of references.
The table is positioned after the following sentence:
[here is Table no. ...]
Each table is given a chronological number (Arabic numeral), title of the table,
and source if the table is taken from other sources.
No. and title of table is written above the table, in bold letters and left aligned.

No. of table is written above title of table, with a capital letter at the beginning
of each word.
Table title is written under table no., with a capital letter at the beginning of
each word.
Table source is written under the table, left aligned. Example: Source: BPS,
2013.
Table is written in 12 pt. letters and double spaced.
Table design: Table title and column title, column title and table content, table
content and table source, are separated by horizontal lines (vertical lines are
not necessary).
Chronological numbers are not necessary inside the table.
f) Presenting Picture/Diagram
Picture/diagram is put on attached pages after the pages containing the list of
references.
Picture is presented with the following sentence:
[here is Picture no. ...]
Each picture is given a chronological number (Arabic numeral), title of the
picture, and source if the picture is taken from other sources.
No. and title of picture is written below the picture, written in one line, in bold
letters and left aligned. No. of picture is ended with a period.
No. and title of picture is written with a capital letter at the beginning of the
sentence.
Picture source is written under the No. and title of picture, left aligned.
The letters in the picture is written in 12 pt letters and double spaced.
g) Presenting Direct quotation
Short direct quotation (< 40 words) is written inside the sentence, using
quotation marks and accompanied by source of the quotation, which includes
author’s last name, year, and no. of page.
Long direct quotation (> 40 words) is typed without quotation marks, single
spaced, and indented 0.5 inch (1,3 cm or five spaces) from left margin.
Quotation should be accompanied by source of the quotation, which includes
author’s last name, year, and no. of page.
h) Presenting Indirect quotation
Indirect quotation is written inside the sentence without quotation marks and
accompanied by source of the quotation which includes author’s last name
and year.

Single author
Accompanied by author’s last name followed by year of publication.
- Example of quotation source for short direct quotation:
Almond (2013) stated that “..........” (p. 100).
- Example of quotation source for indirect quotation:
A study on .......... (Almond, 2013).
Two authors
Accompanied by last names of the two authors, followed by year of
publication, for example:
- Almond and Currie (2011) proved that ..........
- The formation of human resources .......... (Almond & Currie, 2011).
Three to five authors
The first mention is accompanied by all the authors’ last names, the following
mentions is only accompanied by the first author’s last name followed by et
al., for example:
- First mention: Zheithaml, Bitner and Gremler (2006) stated that ..........
- Following mentions: Zheithaml et al. (2006) proposed that ..........
Six or more authors
Accompanied by first author’s last name followed by et al. and year of
publication, for example:
- Angist et al.(2008) suggested that ..........
Quotation source of more than one authors uses “and” (for foreign authors) or
“dan” (for Indonesian authors), and uses the symbol “&” when presented in
brackets, table, picture, and the list of references.
j) Presenting mathematics and statistics formulas
Mathematics and statistics formulas and notations are written in italics.
k) Presenting the list of references
Should include all the sources used in the article.
The references should be from publications of the latest ten years and
minimally 80% of them are taken from primary references (Jurnals and
Patents).
The list of references should be arranged alphabetically according to authors’
last names (without academic degrees).
Quotation source and list of references should comply with the system of
American Psychological Association (APA), as follows:
- Book with one author

Attachment includes tables and pictures which are put on the pages after the
page containing references.
3. Authors whose articles are published in the jurnal are advised to submit the data used
in their articles for replication purposes. Authors of articles which are the results of
researches using surveys should attach their survey tools (for example:
questionnairre).
4. All pages of the article including attachment pages should be given chronological
numbers which are put in the center bottom of each page.
B. WRITING SYSTEMATICS
TITLE: ADDITIONAL TITLE
Author’s name
Name and Complete Address of Author’s Institution
Author’s email
Abstract
Contains a substantial summary of the problem and purpose of the study, the
subject of the study (number and specification), the research method applied in the
study (data collecting and data analysis), the results and implications of the study.
Abstract should be followed by keywords which show the basic concept of the
study.
INTRODUCTION
Contains the background of the study, formulation of problem, purpose of the study,
theoretical framework which forms the base of the study, and results of latest empirical
studies. Results of quantitative studies should be accompanied by hypotheses of the
study.
RESEARCH METHOD

Contains the plan or design of the study which includes the subject of the study
(population and sample), the operational or conceptual definition, the method and
procedure of data collecting and data processing.
RESULT OF STUDY AND DISCUSSION
Contains the results of data processing and hypothetical tests (for quantitative study),
analysis and discussion of the results of the study. The discussion may include
comparisons to empirical studies which have been performed previously.
CONCLUSIONS AND IMPLICATIONS
Present the conclusions of the study and the implications of the results of the study.
THE LIST OF REFERENCES
Includes all the sources referred to in the article.

OF THE MANAGEMENT AND

The observation process performed by the observers selected by the editors
should comply with the following procedures:
The observer should read the article carefully.
Observation on an article should be performed in accordance to the writing
guidelines of the Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal,
accompanied by the following considerations. Observation process takes
two weeks at the most.
a. Title suitability and clarity
b. Article originality
c. Clarity of the purpose of study
d. Compatibility between plan of study and purpose of study
e. Clarity of research procedures
f. Compatibility between discussion and scope of study
g. Comparisons between the results of the study with other relevant
theories or studies
h. Correctness of the results of the analysis
i. Compatibility between the conclusions and the results of data
analysis
j. Grammatically correct
Observation results and recommendations about the article are written in
the Observation Form
Article which has been revised by the author will be verified according to
the previous observations results. The results of the verification is written
in the Verification Form. Verification process takes one week at the most.

EDITING GUIDELINES OF THE MANAGEMENT

The editing process performed by the editors on articles declared worthy
to be published should comply with the following procedures:
1. Examine the writing propriety (writing format and writing systematics)
according to the writing guidelines of the Management and Entrepreneurship
Scientific Jurnal and according to good grammatical rules.
2. The writing propriety mentioned in no. 1 includes:
a. The usage of capital letter
the beginning of the first word of each sentence.
the first letter of direct quotation.
the first letter of the word which expresses God’s name and the Holy
Book, including the pronoun of God.
the first letter of honorary title, inherited title, and religious title
which are followed by the name of a person.
the first letter of official position followed by the name of a person or
an iinstitution or a place, or used as the substitute of the name of a
person or an institution or a place.
not used as the first letter of official position that is not followed by
the name of a person or an institution or a place.
the first letter of the words consituting a person’s name.
not used as the first letter of a person’s name which is used as name
of type or measurement.
as the first letter of the name of nation, race, and language.
not used as the first letter of the name of nation, race, and language
which is used as the base of a derivative.
as the first letter of the name of year, month, day, holiday, and
historical event.
not used as the first letter of a historical event which is not used as a
name.
as the first letter of geographical name.
not used as the first letter of geographical name which is not personal
name.
not used as the first letter of geographical name which is used as
name of type.

the first letter of all the parts of the name of country, government
institution, and official document, except for a word like and.
not used as the first letter of a word which is not the name of
country, government institution, institution, and official document.
the first letter of of the full repetition of the name of government
institution, institution, and official document.
the first letter of each word (including full repetition) of the name of
book, magazine, newspaper, and title of an article, except for words
like it, to, of, and, which/that, for which is not at the beginning of a
sentence.
the first letter of the abbreviation of degree, rank, and address/title
the first letter of the word which indicates family relationship like
father, mother, brother, sister, and uncle which is used to address or
to refer to the person.
b. The usage of italics
For names of books, magazines, and newspapers which are quoted in
the article.
For scientific names or foreign words.
c. The usage of derivatives
Prefix, suffix, infix is attached to the basic word.
If an attached prefix is followed by a word whose first letter is in
capital letter, a hyphen is used. Example: non-Indonesia.
Jika salah satu unsur gabungan kata hanya dipakai dalam kombinasi,
gabungan kata itu ditulis serangkai, contoh: antarkota, dasawarsa,
demoralisasi, ekstrakurikuler, infrastruktur, mahasiswa, mancanegara,
multilateral, prasangka, swadaya, dan lain-lain. (Tidak diterjemahkan
karena belum menemukan penggabungan seperti ini dalam bahasa
Inggris)
Penggunaan kata ganti
Ditulis melekat dengan kata yang mengikuti/mendahuluinya. (Tidak
diterjemahkan karena penulisan dalam bahasa Inggris terpisah.
Contoh: rumahnya = his/her house, kulihat = I saw)
d. The usage of preposition
Is separated from the word following the preposition, except for
customary combination such as into, upward, toward, etc.
The preposition per is separated from the word preceding or
following it.

Penggunaan partikel
Partikel -lah, -kah, -tah ditulis serangkai dengan kata yang
mendahuluinya. (Penulisan dalam bahasa Inggris berbeda. Contoh:
Marilah = Please come, Maukah kamu .....? = Will you .....?)
Partikel pun ditulis terpisah dari kata yang mendahuluinya, kecuali
adapun, andaipun, ataupun, bagaimanapun, biarpun, kalaupun,
kendatipun, maupun, meskipun, sekalipun, sungguhpun, walaupun.
(Dalam bahasa Inggris dinyatakan dengan ‘also’ atau ‘too’ yang
ditulis terpisah)
Partikel per ditulis terpisah dari kata yang mendahului/mengikutinya.
(Diterjemahkan di Penggunaan kata depan karena dalam bahasa
Inggris merupakan kata depan/preposition)
e. The usage of abbreviation and acronym
Abbreviation of a person’s name, degree, address/title, rank is
followed by a period.
Abbreviation of the name of government institution, organization,
and official document which consists of the first letter of each word
is written in capital letters and not followed by a period.
Common abbreviation which contains three letters is ended by a
period.
Abbreviation of measurement unit, weight, and currency is not
followed by a period.
Acronym of a proper name which is a combination of the first letters
is written in capital letters.
Acronym of a proper name which is a combination of syllables or
words is started with a capital letter.
Acronyms which are not proper names are written in lowercase.
f. The usage of number and unit
Numbers 1 – 9 are written in letters, bigger numbers are written in
Arabic numerals.
Fractions are written in Arabic numerals.
Numbers at the beginning of a sentence are written in letters.
Numbers are written in Arabic numerals when they indicate
measurement unit, formula/function, time, date, age, and sample.
Bilangan yang diikuti dengan akhiran -an, dipisahkan dengan tanda
hubung. (Mungkin tidak perlu diterjemahkan. Dalam bahasa Inggris
dinyatakan dengan bentuk plural, contoh: fifties, hundreds.)

Numbers need not be written in Arabic numerals and in letters
simultaneusly.
g. The usage of period
Ends a sentence which is not a question or an exclamation.
Memisahkan angka yang merupakan jam, menit, detik.
(Diterjemahkan dalam Penggunaan tanda titik dua, karena dalam
bahasa Inggris jam, menit, detik dipisahkan dengan titik dua, contoh:
5:10:15).
Memisahkan bilangan ribuan yang menunjukkan jumlah.
(Diterjemahkan dalam Penggunaan tanda koma, karena dalam
bahasa Inggris bilangan ribuan yang menunjukkan jumlah dipisahkan
dengan tanda koma, contoh: satu juta = 1,000,000)
Not used at the end of title of article, title of picture, title of table.
Not used at the end of the sender and date of a mail, or the name and
address of a mail.
h. The usage of comma
Used between the parts of a detail or a breakdown.
Separates a sentence which uses the word but or however.
Separates the ordinate clause from the main clause when the ordinate
clause precedes the main clause.
Used after a conjunctive at the beginning of a sentence, like
therefore, so, but, however, etc.
Separate direct sentence.
Used between the name of a person and the person’s academic
degrees.
Dipakai di depan angka persepuluh atau memisahkan sen dalam
penulisan mata uang. Contoh: 12,5 m atau Rp500,00.
(Diterjemahkan dalam penggunaan tanda titik, sesuai penulisan

t. The usage of formula
A simple and short formula (one line) is combined with the sentence.
A formula which is written below a text is separated two spaces
between the text above and the text below the formula.
A formula is given a chronological number written between brackets
in Arabic numeral, right aligned, at the right side of the formula.
3. Article lay-out before printing should comply with the following procedures:
a. Front cover:
Contains volume, number, and period of publication; ISSN, the name of
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal, and the name of
publisher.
b. Inside cover:
Contains the list of the editors of Management and Entrepreneurship
Scientific Jurnal, address of the jurnal, and the name of publisher.
The sentences in the inside cover are written in Times New Roman letters
with a size of 11 pt.
c. Contents
Contains the list of the articles published in the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal accompanied by page number of each
article.
The title of the Contents is written in bold Times New Roman capital
letters with a size of 14 pt.
The titles of articles in the Contents are written in Times New Roman
capital letters with a size of 11 pt.
Authors’ names in the Contents are written with a capital letter at the
beginning of each word, in italicized Times New Roman with a size of 11
pt.
d. Order of articles
Articles in English are put at the beginning of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal.
There should be no blank page in the even numbered pages.
The page numbers of a volume are in chronological order.
The first page of an article is given a page number at the center bottom of
the page, in bold letters with a size of 10 pt.

The following pages of the article is given page numbers at the top left of
even numbered pages and at the top right of odd numbered pages. The
page numbers are in bold letters with a size of 10 pt.
e. Index
The index is put after the article.
The index is divided into two parts, namely, according to subjects and
according to authors.
Each index is set in alphabetical order.
Index title is written with a capital letter at the beginning of each word, in
bold letters with a size of 14 pt.
The index is written in lowercase with a size of 11 pt.
The index is presented at the final edition of the Management and
Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal.
f. The names of expert partners
Contains the name of the expert partners who act as article observers in the
Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal.
The name of expert partner include complete name, degree, and institution
of the expert partner.
g. Subscription form and advertisement information
Contains subscription form and advertisement information.
h. Back cover
Contains the contents, volume, number, period of publication, and ISSN
of the Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal.
i. Title of article and author’s identity
Title of article is written in bold capital letters with a size of 14 pt, single
spaced and centered.
Additional title is written with a capital letter at the beginning of each word,
in bold letters with a size of 14 pt, single spaced and centered.
Author’s identity which includes author’s name, affiliation, and email, is
written below title of article with a space of 1 enter and a letter size of 10 pt.
Author’s name is written in bold letters, while other identities is written in
regular letters.
j. Abstract
The abstract is written after author’s identity.

The abstract is written in one paragraph, with a space of 1 cm from right
and left margin in indented style, single spaced, with a letter size of 10 pt.
Title, content, and keywords of the abstract are separated from one another
by 1 enter.
The abstract should not exceed 120 words, accompanied by keywords of
three to five words. Abstract and keywords are written in Indonesian and
English – American English.
For Indonesian article, the abstract in Indonesian should be written
uprightly while the abstract in English should be written in italics.
For English article, the abstract in Indonesian should be written in italics
while the abstract in English should be written uprightly.
Keywords should be written with a capital at the beginning of the sentence,
in italics, separated by commas, and ended by a period.
k. The main part of the article
The main part of the article is written after the abstract, in two column
format, with a letter size of 11 pt, single spaced.
The subtitles (level 1 – 5) are written in compliance to the writing
guidelines of the Management and Entrepreneurship Scientific Jurnal.
A subtitle is separated from the content by 1 enter.
Tables and pictures are moved from attachment to positions corresponding
with the discussion in the article.
Tables and sentences inside the pictures are written in 11 pt sized letters,
single spaced.
If the size of a table or a picture is bigger than the column size, the table or
the picture is presented without the 2 column format.
A table should not contain chronological number.
